Now do the worst picks in the first round, but include non active players beginning with the 2000 draft. I want to know who your pick is for 1st Overall. Rickety DiPietro or Nail Yakupov.
Rick Dipietro: I just signed a 15 year contract of 1.5 million. Nail Yakupov: I was in the Taylor Hall for Adam Larsson trade and got replaced with another Russian who was drafted in the 7th round.
@@VYT_Sports Yakupov didnt get traded to the NJD and DiPietro was getting 4.5 million for 15myears until they bought him out which made it 1.5 million until 2029
Wow, Vegas has already been involved in 3 drafts. I remember first hearing about them entering the league and not knowing what their team name would be lol. Time flies. Pretty soon Seattle will be 5 drafts deep before we even know it :O
Kopitar originally wore 13 until he started his career in LA where Cammalleri wore that number not sure if he wore 11 because he was drafted there but it wasn't his first choice
First, go look at the Colorado, Avalanche roster....there is like only a handful of players picked outside of the first round!!! I think that is noteworthy and pretty amazing!!! Second, no love for Mackinnon, Landeskog or Crosby for that matter? Fun list but a lot of snubs!!!
JRP 90 mcdavid can’t play any defense while Crosby can play both offense and defense go watch the overtime goal Crosby got against edmonton mcdavid was right there and did nothing and in the most highest points years since the 1995 year he only got a 115 point Crosby hit 120 points before
It's insane how many top 3 picks the oilers have gotten. Imo Crosby is still better than McDavid. Last season Crosby still got 100 points and finished 4th in selke voting. McDavid didn't even make the list. Maybe one day but I'd still take Crosby over McDavid personally. Also, Crosby is more fun to watch for me.
Hmm, McDavid is best #1 overall pick and is your best player because he shares the same name as you. Its confirmed, per multiple sources around TH-cam.🧐😂 Great video though! Keep up the hard work and can’t wait for future videos. I actually agree with ALL your picks, now that I looked into this.
As of today, no he's likely not first ballot. Up until last year he only had one 80+ season, then he had his career year last year, he's just been a very very constant and dominate two way forward but yes, eventually he should be first ballot, unless he highly digresses- which he tends to just have very inconstant years.
My bad on messing up saying Tuukka was in the Kessel Deal, those where 2 separate moves!
Good video! Although I am inclined to think that in the next couple years, Elias Pettersson will steal that Top #5 Pick from Carey Price.
You always come up with creative ideas!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Yeah he was traded for Raycroft
Why didn’t you choose radulov as 14 pick
No Nail Yakupov at 1? WTF!?!?
Surprised you picked mcdavid over yakupov
Dude that's so funny, I literally just wrote the same thing
Nail Yakapov got snubbed
Now do the worst picks in the first round, but include non active players beginning with the 2000 draft. I want to know who your pick is for 1st Overall. Rickety DiPietro or Nail Yakupov.
Nail Yakupov is best wym
Yakupov > Gretzky
Rick Dipietro: I just signed a 15 year contract of 1.5 million.
Nail Yakupov: I was in the Taylor Hall for Adam Larsson trade and got replaced with another Russian who was drafted in the 7th round.

damn...
I agree victor hedman is pretty good but jack eichel is the pick for me
Hey man, your content has really improved over the past while. Keep up the fantastic work!
mike green, john carlsson and Kuznetsov all drafted by Washington. And now oshie is on there team at #24. Thats pretty good i gotta say
Kopitar originally wore 13 until he started his career in LA where Cammalleri wore that number not sure if he wore 11 because he was drafted there but it wasn't his first choice
For the Mitch Marner part, you put 241 GP twice.
U gotta do the fastest player from all 31 NHL teams
Am I remembering things correctly? I recall there being a ton of Terasenko hype pre draft. Did he fall because of the Russian factor?
You should do worst trades from every team
That Sean Couturier comment gave you my subscription.
I thought Mark Stone was better than Sean Monahan but that is my opinion
top 50 best players today? (Video Idea)
Ducks also got steel at 30. Arguably the best team at drafting despite the lower draft picks they’ve been stuck with for a while
You could make a video about the best two or three players of each round (2-7).
You should rank every teams best jersey
Or worse jersey
Hockey_All_Star5 *worst😉 Yeah I agree btw!
An all time best still active best player list would be cool to see.
The Rask trade didn’t involve Kessel, Raycroft was involved in that Rask trade, Kessel was drafted the next year.
Yes your right for some reason I always thought it was the Kessel Deal he was involved in
OhNyquist haha no worries bro, the Kessel trade was for Kappy thank god we got him in return. Keep up the great work you’re killing it right now.
The Cav and Joe Show yeah
You should do a best prospect from every country
will you do a 2nd round version?
Can you do all time best draft picks in the first round
Great Video!
Maybe best draft steal from every team
1 Ovechkin
2 Malkin
3 Draisaitl
What’s the song you use in the background?
#2 should’ve been Malkin
Mcdavid is literally on track to get 150 points this year along with drai
Probably 120
*130
Love the creativity
Evgeni Malkin at #2
Hey tactix can u do every teams biggest draft steal? Anyway love the content keep it up buddy
that not tactix thats ohnyquist
Try best 5 picks of each round btw love the vids
Is it me or does it feel like the beggining was just all caps
A video idea I’d like is dark horses for future hall of famers
Look very closely at 10:39
In 241 games played he's played 241 games
super555555555555 it ain’t wrong
Cool video idea
You should rank all 23 players on all 31 teams that would be an awesome vid
HockeyTown Luv would you watch it all?
You should do 2nd and 3rd round picks separate
Maybe staying on draft topic best player from every round in the draft
First, go look at the Colorado, Avalanche roster....there is like only a handful of players picked outside of the first round!!! I think that is noteworthy and pretty amazing!!!
Second, no love for Mackinnon, Landeskog or Crosby for that matter? Fun list but a lot of snubs!!!
Yes alot of these players have great record breaking for whatever year they got drafted ????
The number one pick should be Crosby
Crosby is literally only better at faceoffs
JRP 90 mcdavid can’t play any defense while Crosby can play both offense and defense go watch the overtime goal Crosby got against edmonton mcdavid was right there and did nothing and in the most highest points years since the 1995 year he only got a 115 point Crosby hit 120 points before
JRP 90 Crosby has way better backhand as well go watch all Crosby backhand anyone who watch hockey know Crosby has a better backhand
McDavid is better
Today McDavid is better and Crosby isn't in his prime any more. If it was Crosby from 5 years ago to McDavid today then yes
Best and worst contract on each team. My picks for the Canucks - Horvat and Eriksson
Do best undrafted players
Kopitar wears number 11 because it’s the lightest number. If you were wondering
Jo No pretty sure 7 would be lighter or 1 (i know nobody uses 1 except goalies)
He wore 13 originally
Would’ve liked Eichel at 2 Domi at 13 and radulov at 14 imo
It's insane how many top 3 picks the oilers have gotten.
Imo Crosby is still better than McDavid. Last season Crosby still got 100 points and finished 4th in selke voting. McDavid didn't even make the list. Maybe one day but I'd still take Crosby over McDavid personally. Also, Crosby is more fun to watch for me.
Best players from the 2nd round?
will you make a glenner video please :)
ur joking about victor hedemen being number two!
it should be eichel
Hmm, McDavid is best #1 overall pick and is your best player because he shares the same name as you. Its confirmed, per multiple sources around TH-cam.🧐😂
Great video though! Keep up the hard work and can’t wait for future videos. I actually agree with ALL your picks, now that I looked into this.
You misspelled sidney Crosby at the first one
Do the all time list!!!!
2:50 Sit down, 2019 OhNyquist... I’d like to talk to you about “healthy” in the 2019-2020 season...
Idea: Best player from birthday month
Ooooooo yes
My favorite players are pavel datsyuk and henrik zetterberg
Still can’t believe Toronto traded Rask 😂😂
So many 🦈❤️
Forgot about the boy EP40
Do best player in every draft since 2005
Don't want Ovechkin in that list, eh?
Wayne Risingstorm haha exactly
All time list please
Uhhhh rask wasn’t park of Kissel trade he was traded for Raycroft few years before kessel trade. Ik that and I’m a nucks fan
I’m mad what about Alex Radulov at #14??????????? :(
I don’t get it at the number 2 spot Malkin is way better than hedman so maybe you forgot malkin anyway great video
#6 should still be a Flame, but it should be Tkachuk. He’s twice the player Monahan is.
Do second round too
#2 should be barkov
Nah Malkin
Maybe Laine
In #2 I would have put Elias Petterson
Hes no where close to hedman
Pettersson was 5th overall?
Ryan McDonough quite literally plays in the shadow of Victor Hedman😂
No Malkin at #2? Lol nice. You got McDavid and draisaitl right tho ill tell you that much.
Rask was traded to the Bruins for Raycroft not Kessel
Wow barkov really got robbed
Nann hedman the best def right now
If you do it again say honorable mentions
Morissey before max domi???
Domi was 12th lol
@@OhNyquist dont make fun of my friend max domi
@@TvDebates__ go jetsss
#1 should be Crosby
Love channel
Do all Time
mitch marner over taylor hall? not soo sure about that one
Uhh they weren’t selected with the same pick haha hall was #1 overall
Which draft pick set the most records as a rookie?????
Would you rather have Barkov or Hedman in your team right now? I think this should be obvious.
Which team has the most 1st. Round pick ?????
Mat Barzal over Josh Morrissey
Malkin is the best at number 2
Patrick Kane?
Oke
Kopitar only a borderline HOFer? Best forward on two cup teams likely makes him first ballot
As of today, no he's likely not first ballot. Up until last year he only had one 80+ season, then he had his career year last year, he's just been a very very constant and dominate two way forward but yes, eventually he should be first ballot, unless he highly digresses- which he tends to just have very inconstant years.
Don't worry he's making the HOF
Malkin or Doughty should have been 2nd
Where is Mat Barzal..
13 jakub vrana?
What’s up
Malkin over hedman
Pettersson not number 5?
how is Zemgus Girgensons not the best player taken at 14th
Increda Boi he is from my country :D
Cos he's a bottom 6 guy and Dubnyk is an above average goalie?
You only picked from like 7 teams.
Why not Ryan Kesler for #23 🤦🏻♂️🤔
Ryan kesler isnt playing rn
Trent Hopper I know he’s a beast
Jack MacDonald exactly 😂
Tommy Tran I know I was joking lmao
Wtf where is Jaromir Jagr?
@Harbour Boy403 oh fuck i am so blind haha my bad
Kakko is best
Trouba is not a #1 defenceman
On that team he is
OhNyquist true, I just don’t see him as a #1 on a contending team
