Hi everyone, just wanna say thank you for so much support on this video! It’s been a while since a gaming video has done THIS GOOD on the channel. Usually the analog horror videos are the only hit videos but u guys have showed this one so much love! So thanks a ton :) ❤
Would’ve been cool if everyone in town was a mimic since technically no one blinks, and the cop found himself trapped in a colony of mimics working together
Mimics are solitary critters and from what I remember compete for food so I don’t think thats what it is but that would be really cool! (also I still want a trimming plush)
imagine sending someone to deal with a mimic, finding out they died on the scene, and THEN finding out it was from driving on the wrong side of the road
i kinda like how plain the mimic reveal was. no cutscene, no screen effects, no music. idk how to describe it, but it feels like something that wasn't supposed to there or see
I mean, that's all on you, since the current, second wave of videos we're on, if memory serves me right, is going by the same order as the first batch, and we already got the mimic episode, where we see the events that lead up to the first jumpscare we see on the first video about the mimic, where the woman is attacked inside like a closet or something. So it doesn't make sense to have a new episode be about the mimic right now. If you were a more atentative fan, you wouldn't have missed all this :p
Hey rabbit don't be concerned I swore I've seen him play too but that is simply just deja vu you are not crazy just feeling the effects of this weird phenomenon no need to be concerned my friend (and I hope you have a wonderful day)😁😁😁
My favorite thing about the Mimics in the Vita Carnis series is that they are not generic alternate monsters that shapeshift into people and can perfectly copy how someone looks, talks, and acts. Only showing any kind of monster side when they’re going in for a kill or when they’ve been found out. These mimics feel like what they are, animals. Dangerous carnivores using strategies to lure and confuse prey. Clearly they don’t look like people. But visually, they’re close enough. We see them wear clothes and attempt to walk like humans to blend in. They also try to mimic human speech. But they aren’t learning the English language. They’re simply repeating noises they hear humans make, those noises just so happen to be people talking. Parrots do the same thing, they don’t know how to speak, they just know how to copy specific noises that are made by people. In Vita Carnis, these creatures are smart, but not necessarily intelligent. They do not function as societies. But they have an understanding of things like clothes, people walking, wearing disguises to blend in, using their flexible bodies to fold themselves and hide in tight spaces. These things are scary because they feel real. They are not malevolent spirits or demons. They are just animals who learn and observe to catch their prey.
I can’t even explain how much I ADORE this video 😭 the voices you made for the characters, the jokes, the jumpscares and the vibe it gives me, I literally sh!t my pants out of fear but still had fun watching this, since I LOOOVED the Analog Horror Series of this
so I watched the original vita carnis vids again, and remembered that they specified to NOT shoot mimics, since they were very strong, and instead use your firearm or some sort of blunt weapon to keep the mimic back.
so may be alittle late to this but you asked about having tread metal plating being normal and all. Some barns have that tread plate (the metal floor thing) as, if i remember correctly, it makes sure that if you drive in heavy machinery like a tracker, forklift, etc., you could park it on the metal tread as if you park it on the normal floor and all it could end up cracking the floor or creating a bad dip into the ground if the floor of the barn is gravel or dirt. Buuuut ofcourse not All barns have it.
If you noticed it mentions that the victim eaten was a female and so were the screams at the mimic encounter as a way to confirm that mimics will mimic (i know) the victim's behavior in order to attract and separate prey.
When he says that he's a murd and he is just chilling outside of his car AND is wobbling a lot more than the guy who is litteraly drunk, I would arrest him on the spot
14:55 I'm pretty sure it's just a shed with car repairs in mind. Typically the metal there hides a small ditch where you can walk under the car and the hatch is probably just to get under there.
The weird underground stuff is actually something I’ve seen. Some old garages have them as to help with repairing their cars in their garage and just hitting a mechanic instead of driving to one. The second thing could be like a shelter .
I got the notification for this video when I was watching an astral spiff video I got the notification when he was running from the mimic animatronic in security breach ruin
I imagine that mimics follow the humans as they move, like if there is one area where they aren't a lot of people move there and the mimics follow knowing there will be a lot of victims
14:56 while I don’t own a barn, I did build one with my father for a lady who owned goats. However, next door, his son had a garage where he worked on cars, and he had something similar to that on the ground. Basically, it’s for using one of the rolling pads mechanics are always on. His was smooth metal, it wasn’t textured like what was in the game, but that may just be because they don’t have the texture to use in the game. To summarize what it’s used for, you drive the car up on the little ramps on the sides, and it’s tall enough that you can slide under it, and you don’t have to worry about jacks giving out and a car falling on you.
I Want To Recommend A Analog Horror Known As "The Spider" it was made by JustPreston.its a spider-man based analog horror with nit many plot twists but it is 100% worth checking out. And this also takes place in the 1960's woth a few well known spiderman villains. (Also don't get this confused with the Spider-Man horror film)(Now i must also note its not the best of quality. Its like the batman analog horror but its a bit lacklustyer in quality for the first few parts. But the rest is gold)
I think the thing in the barn was Locke bc we know from the vids that mimics can hide in furniture and ECT. Plus the farmer did say he locked the doors and kept a rifle near him every night so he probably locked it up as a safety precaution.
