I just bought a 63 Sport Roadster several months ago. Loaded with ac and a am fm radio. Leather insets. 21K on her Painted Paltial Green. She is DROP DEAD GORGEOUS! One of only 455 built. I own an early 63 Corvette Split Window and I even though they are polar opposites. I love and appreciate both ofthem
@@rocksolidmotorsports Thank you. They are two totally different cars. But both are iconic beauties. The Corvette handles great with it's I.R.S. suspension and is 1300 lbs. lighter. But it rides like a Conestoga wagon in comparison to the bird which feels like it floats in the air. Both cars have power windows, power brakes, and power steering and a/c with bucket seats in the front. Both have been converted to cross drilled /slotted disc brakes on the front only. I have luxury and a beautiful soft ride in the bird and great handling and blistering performance in my Corvette. I pulled the factory L76 327 and I have a 500 h.p. 383 stroker motor in it.
I agree. I liked the 63 because it looked a little cleaner with the badging and it had an alternator and had more sound deadening insulation for the coupe.
Wish you would've stopped and done a walkaround as well. Beautiful car.
Interior is spectacular!

Congrats on the purchase! Those are two very different cars but both are fantastic cars!
