What is ASMR? #ASMR Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR), sometimes auto sensory meridian response is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It is often driven by soft spoken scripts, audio triggers and whispering. ASMR is also a major genre in itself where ASMRtists use triggers, storytelling and world-building asmr roleplays to help people experience relaxation and tingles! I'm chronically ill. I see a lot of doctors. My favourite is a specialist who looks a lot like Voyagers Dr. He starts every appointment with "Please state the nature of your medical emergency"
This is so relaxing. I particularly like the subtle hums and sound effects while scans happen
That doctor deserves an award.

Well, this was delightful. You’re a natural as a Star Trek character. Don’t think for a moment that those few bars of “I’ve Been Workin’ On The Railroad” went unnoticed - classic! 😄 And nice meta Tinglesmith reference/obligatory Star Trek doctor catchphrase with the “I’m a doctor, not a bartender”.
Especially nice work on the hand movements in this one; as they’re my favorite trigger, I consider myself something of a connoisseur, and it’s five stars from me.

Another excellent video. If you wanted to stick with the Star Trek theme, perhaps you could play a Vulcan in the future? They are a very calm people (most of the time) and would suit an ASMR video.
Perhaps a scenario in which an instructor is teaching a student to meditate and focus their mind?

Agreed, the Doctor was always one of the most interesting charters and he played well with Seven of Nine. I also enjoyed the dynamic between Janeway and Tuvok.

I am so glad that I’ve found your channel! For years, and I mean YEARS, I have only been able to ever watch/listen to one asmrtist. You have now been added to my list of those I can listen to and relax! I’m so unbelievably picky when it comes to asmr delivery, obviously why I’ve only stuck with one lol, ugh I’m just so elated to have found you!
Your voice is so gentle, the slight undertone of mouth sounds, theme, etc… the thing that really makes it difficult for me to find a good asmrtist is the volume and harshness of their whispers/soft speaking. They all are just too harsh for my ears but yours is wonderfully peaceful, gentle, calming. Yay yay yay! Thank you thank you thank you!

It's awesome that he's acting like doctor bashire, because they modified the EMH program to better its ability to interact with its patients and the used Julian bashire as a chapter template for the EMH.
This is my favorite of your role-plays, and honestly, I somehow didn't notice the little atmospheric music in the background. It's great! So satisfying for my brain. Thank you! I also love all the little references to the different series you put throughout- not just Voyager. "I'm a doctor, not a bartender" or a reference to Geordi's visor. Just well done. :)
