It would be nice to see a bottom end rebuild, along with how you balance a spoke wheel.

Fellow austinite here, your channel is awesome. Not sure if this was mentioned in your video but is there a preference who you take your cylinders to for boring or valve lapping? Have a cl175 that’s gonna need a top end rebuild eventually. Thanks again!

SUPER keen to see the seat mod in finish up. Have been looking for an option that stays away from the seat hoop and keeps the rear reasonably stock. I am guessing you are running stock air filter if you are keeping your side covers?

Don't know where you are located but I have a bike that is to good to junk. I would give this bike to someone who will restore or use it for parts. It is a gs550 Suzuki 1978 that set in a barn for 30 years and has 8000 miles on it. Motor rolls over just fine!

I have been binge watching your videos and then relistening to then at work through my ear buds. I love what you do and and I love these old Honda’s. I love them so much that I went out a bought a garaged 76 550F off Craigslist in the hopes that I could get it sorted and back on the road. I found out the frame is bent though. I have been calling shops trying to find one that can mend a bent frame. Body shops just don’t seem to do motorcycles or else charge crazy amounts. In Minnesota, it’s impossible to find anyone that has a 550F frame for sale. What would you do to find a donor frame or fix the existing one? Thanks! Love the channel!

Do you have a "go to" video or diagram for wiring up these builds? I have a 1970 CB350 twin that I bought a new wiring harness for, and I'm not having much luck wiring it up. I've removed the factory electronics, so that's adding a bit of "fun" to the whole process.

Those older heads with the single overhead cam and 2 valves per cylinder, do look better than the later twin overhead cam engines. They are just too busy up top. I'm sick of looking at them. I know the twin cam/16 valve engines do add about 10hp, but I still prefer the look of the older engines.

One method of engine removal and re-install that is easier on the back is to have the bike on the floor, (off the stand) and simply lay it down on it's side, let the motor side case rest on a cushion or blanket, and lift the frame from the motor. Reverse procedure for install. You're welcome!

Hey dude, love your show. I've seen every episode and learned so much from you. I did a 72' Suzuki T500 2-stroker after getting inspired by you. Anyway, I'm curious as to your opinion on something: have you ever tried strapping your front forks down like this: th-cam.com/video/jxWrx4YjdxA/w-d-xo.html
It's pretty amazing. Not the product, but the method. Anyway, happy to hear your thoughts on that. Also, yeah, listen to everyone about your back health, too! Keep em' coming!

rust not have big problem, all parts can drop to salt or soda water and elektrolysing get all rust off, then cylinders can bore next size no big job, and all bearing can change cheap job. gearbox parts can elektrylise all rust off and clean shine and butt back.
