Wow, Rassel, once again you outdid yourself! When I saw the opening shot of the living room/dining area and kitchen, I thought, "How beautiful!" But when I saw that the flight of stairs didn't just go up to the second floor but extended beyond, that's when my heart started racing and I felt really excited! The little cubby office space I thought was a great idea, since it meant that anyone working on the computer wouldn't disturb someone trying to sleep. As for the third floor, it was like reaching up to heaven and paradise. It was just a delightful place to get away, to relax, to enjoy the outdoors and being with loved ones. As for having a small kitchenette there, that's brilliant...no need to traipse down to the main floor. And the same applies to having a third bathroom there. Wow, just wow, you've created another amazing home!
This is my favourite design by Rassel so far. I love it!! Usually small 2 bedroom houses don't leave much room for privacy, with all the rooms being so close together, or bedrooms being open lofts. But I'm imagining my daughter and I living here, and with bedrooms and bathrooms on different floors, plus the third floor veranda, there's plenty of room for 2 people to have privacy.
I think this is a great design. Clean lines. Bright, airy and you don't have the washer/dryer in plain view. Not a fan of having to constantly look at the washing machine. I think this house is my favorite . Fantastic!

This is the exact reason I'm here.I love lofts but most dont have privacy and I am planning on buying a piece if land by the sea somewhere along the coast of Kenya by the beach and this I can imagine myself building my house like this and love my best life too with my husband and kids when they visit .Its a retirement plan as I don't live there and plan to.retire to. Warm country with lovely warm hearted, friendly people and affordable cost of living & good ,organic foods.I just.stumbled upon your.vhannel.afew minutes ago and subscribed and now.binbe watching the lovely houses on your channel.wow.

Only thing I'd like to change are the window units...prefer Central Heat + Air...and Ceiling Fans in LR/DR instead of chandeliers. (ps: it would, of course, make a great 2-story, w/covered deck, mini-kit-grill + half bath on ground level! 💞💞) 😍🏡😍

I am trying to restart my life poor and 42yrs old with little. I have been wanting one of these tiny homes...all white, spacious, airy, double or tripple decker, and with a ton of windows on a small, private, countey piece of land.
One word, Fantastic! I love the two kitchen/concept, clean & modern look, however not over the top. You really thought of everything Rassel. You're very talented, good luck on your future projects, look forward to seeing more of your great work!
I love looking at tiny homes some Are nicer than others. God this was beautiful in my case I would be lacking one more bedroom it's airy it's roomy It's not like living inside of a sardine can The living rooms are nice size a dining room for when you have company like the grandchildren You did a beautiful job congrat👍

Wonderful. I have only two problems with it... I need bookcases, and I prefer a washer and dryer, so you can start a second load while the first is drying. Oh yeah, I like it when the microwave is over the stove. I'm picky I know. Otherwise, this is gorgeous!
