Gorgeous house!
Love:
1) Kitchen - loads of work space, plenty of storage space, so handy to have washer and dryer close by so that it’s possible to mulitask.
2) Stairway - the bannister is so lovely, and it’s such a great safety feature to have the lights built into the steps!
3) The storage closet right next to the first upstairs bathroom! So handy to have towels, cleaning products, TP, etc. right at hand!
4) The gorgeous, partially covered deck - nice for both good and bad weather!
Once again, you’ve knocked it out of the ballpark, Rassel!

Really like the upstairs layout on this one, including the office nook. The kids bedroom felt claustrophobic, though. Maybe go with a smaller bunk bed?

This one is great, nice job.
I've always thought that if you have a flat roof, you should turn it into one big outdoor patio, sure it's more expensive, but I think it's worth it :) It's flat, why not throw a table and chairs up there, with some pot plants and a BBQ lol

Wow, a powder room in the living room next to the TV. Where one can hear all sorts of Nasty n Loud sounds coming from that room. Not to mention, the smell of Aunt Bertha's TunaStink Casserole coming out of the rearend.
* Who is going to wash n clean those high windows??? Not me. Too many needless windows in the house.
