Can someone explain to me why the human rights act protects migrants entering a country illegally , but doesnt protect the indigenous population . Surely if mugrants have the right to food , shelter etc so do our homeless ... This is such an injustice ..
It’s to do with the contracts that are handed out for homing of people entering our country illegally. Torries have given money to friends to do so, most likely to get a job once they ain’t an MP anymore, the same happened during Covid and the same happens with the NHS and Uk jails, all are ran into the ground for profit. Matt Handcocks pub land lord made millions in making PPE and he’d never done it before. It’s all about taking money from the poor and giving it to the rich. They have money to line their own pockets but never to solve social problems, as less homeless people means less people in jail and that takes money out of some multimillionaire pocket.
I'm glad you give these souls a voice. I don't think drugs and drinking are the problem it is more the pain and trauma these poor people have suffered somewhere in their life.
People always say that an addicts problem is using drugs but usually the problem(s) is past traumas that they suffer from for example it could be past physical and or sexual abuse and for them using drugs is their solution to try to cope and block out the trauma so sad so yes drugs are normally the solution to problems addicts suffer from
Yet the unwelcome uncivilised guests who rock up on rubber boats get 4 star hotel's and the best of everything , while our own suffer on the streets. It makes me physically sick thinking about it.
The council provides hotel accommodation for homeless people, often for months. The problem is that hotels are not suitable for people with drug problems, not least because they also have paying guests and the hotel and council rules prohibit illicit drug use. There is a need for specialist facilities to support people with drug problems as the current emergency accommodation available is not suitable. It would also have helped if Thatcher hadn't sold off the social housing stock.

Seeing people on those drugs reminded me of a novel I read decades ago. I can't remember what it was, or who wrote it, but there was one particular character who left a profound impression, who was a hopeless alcoholic. And the author made the observation about this character that every time he raised the bottle to his lips, he was no longer drinking from it, but the bottle was drinking from him, taking just a little bit more of him every time he took a swig. What's the answer? I genuinely don't know; I don't even know if there IS an answer.

Get someone to ring no second night out in the afternoon. Give their exact location, who is there, how many of them. Get a reference number or contact name of the person it was reported to. If no one visits to check, call them back the next day and re report the details. Sometimes this information can get jumbled in the system, or the location is a bit vague. This system was used during the London Olympics, it had the same problems. You can do this yourself Billy then do a follow-up vid in 7 days, all the best

That Lee fella is a good lad I worked on the doors and the more I got to see him the more we let on real good fella and would help him out when I seen him… sad world mate you can see the ache in his expressions god help him ❤
We have a slice problem in Leeds, so cheap, yet disastrous side effects, and terrible to withdraw from, bless these xx
I’d like to see that be put through a test run on cam too .
Know it all sounds like a pain in the arse, but it’s worse if it’s happening to you for real .
Spice use has spread across our nation Bill .Keep up the good work lad .
The world upside-down bill
A real eye-opener. There, but for the grace of God, go I.
William, nearly on 50k subs kid!
Government legalises spice (making out its a safe marijuana), people get addicted to this now legal drug, then the government ban spice, offering no support for people with addiction, only make arrests.
Makes complete sense.
Liverpool was always my second home this makes me so upset my Nan still resides in Dovecot and the sight of more people living on the streets is terrible. 😭🙏
I was homeless for years, people don't seem to consider the insanity that comes with the addict. The homelessness comes with the madness,
Billy moore for mayor you know this what's going people in authority I have not got a clue
No Hotels for Them! I wonder why? and in a Labour Area?? +.
There's thousands of homeless in London too that's not labour area. All politicians are too blame left, right just as bad it's not just a Liverpool thing. The Wirral is Cheshire post code plenty over there too.
Hope they get well
We can spend billions on fighting wars and we can’t spend money on helping these people. How you treat those who struggle through life, and this can happen to anyone, is a measure of our society and governments. This is so wrong.
Good on ye Billy
Huge Respect.
nice to know people do care about the city they live in and the people who occupy it keep up the good work bill giving these poor people a voice
Billy Your a Gentleman mate 💯👌🏻🙏🏻✌🏻
This happens all over uk it's sad it's there way of escape from everyday life .the government don't care one bit about our own , more help is needed because everyone deserves a second chance in life . Good luck to them and God bless them .
Can't imagine even living on the streets I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy, good luck to the bloke who's been off the brown for the last few months, I know it's hard I've been on and off the shit since I was 25/26 I'm 54 shortly and it's now affecting my health particularly my lungs.
Good man billy
Hope it all works out for them👍
Sick of the Liverpool City Council spouting about working class rights when all they do is line their own pockets knowing they are untouchable.
God bless them all
You have to be careful who you see as homeless and beggars...In my town around the supermarkets, it's full of beggars that have accommodation...
If looking at these people is an advert to take drugs, I'll give it a miss.
How come they’re putting up illegal immigrants in hotels with free food and forty pound cash each week and they’re leaving these poor souls out on the streets . Boils my piss
You're a top man mate
Ah i met jade an we had some deep conversations and she is desperate for a chance but the drugs always consumes her 😢breaks my heart. Shes gorgeous xxxx
Billy your humble but you deserve a medal !!! 💯
5 years ago rent was direct to landlord now goes to claimant abbit or rent its a no brainer however rents are that high now they have no choice
All the corruption and fraud at the top and ppl are living like this at the bottom, distgusting !
I see your movie on national geográfic congratulations from Portugal
They are all scousers mate, hate to see people like that, just a shame I dont have the ways and means to help them all, but you do billy, and respect to you for what your doing

Its good what your doing now billy hope the housing watch this and do something if you keep doing it they should
Sickening
Heartbreaking to see .😢
spice girls back together kidda
😂
Am from Glasgow bro it’s terabol bro❤
These people get loads of help, and people are sick of it. Wherever they turn up they turn it in to a shit hole.
These poor people. I was addicted to cocaine and ale for 20 years and only this year have stopped. I returned to God who helped me.
DONT TAKE THE DRUGS..JOB DONE
too many non scousers in Liverpool City Centre these days. Nobody benefits from it except the Hotel and Bar owners who give nothing back.
Fentylin is now appearing in the Uk too. 😢
Fentanyl has been in U.K. a while now in huge quantities from China. The heroin addicts want to buy the fentanyl over the gear as stronger but so many are going over.
Our governments need to sort our own out first Billy ….. all the ones coming over on boat getting hotels boats cars money is wrong we see our own ppl on fucking streets …. Heart braking lad
The thing about being homless is if they get a home they would have to follow the rules and a lot of them couldn't handle it so that's why they stay the way they ara thats it just true unfortunately
I tried to help someone a few weeks ago but then you turn a corner an theres somebody else, Saw a big double decker go by in your video, if we can turn them into play centres for kids, cant we somehow turn them into a few rooms for people to sleep or a couple of beds, least would be warm
