I agree, I thought it was just me, it is the same. I don’t understand the amount of trash, drains get clogged, but why so much trash. You do a very good job, but I would think the city would be out there taking care of it or if the drains are unsized they would take care of that too.
And yet.... they don't. That is why pro-active citizens are so important. If you see something that needs attention.. step in and help out. It's called civic duty.. and civic pride.
The preview always shows something different and novel, but once the video starts it is the same old footage we've seen over and over and over (removing leaves from a grate and trying to make the water spin faster and faster). It is the same person on all these videos, but disguised by a different uniform?

The whole point of the video is to experience watching the water whirlpool and drain. It's kind of kool.
