Hi, I am trying to follow your tutorial. When I paste the shortcode on a new page all the fields are there, but not the submit button. Any idea why that is happening?
I followed your video and I can see that the form submissions are taking place, but I NEVER receive a notification. This has been the case regardless of what form plugin I use - the email address a Gmail address and I am uncertain what is wrong.

may be issue with the email / smtp settings on your hosting server. Try using WordPress SMTP plugin and see if that works.
