I'm glad Guapo cleared up the grave misconception (I feel like he once stated) about women with children. Also, it's not all about how the "nurse sews you up" some women don't rip. It's also not all about kegel exercises either. Women have to focus on consistent lower body, and ab exercises to keep things tight, while also maintaining a diet that heavily incorporates fruits & vegetables.
