for f2p players dont use the book of building to finish the th.. use it for the pet house.. you should get the hammer of building 1 week in advance so you can get another 1.. 1 for cc and 1 for pet house lvl 2.. hammer it until lvl 4..

thats why i like letsplay series because its different for everyone
and having my own (pretty new th14) i used alot of hammers of fighting in the lab on the dark troops so i can keep heroes going

Queen & Warden should be max, king 60ish and gladiator 20ish. But if everything else is max and you would burn ressources you can upgrade already
