Thanks for the suggestion - I had a consult with a physiotherapist today and he gave me a bunch of exercises to do that should help. Had not heard of caffeine being helpful - I love coffee so definitely up for increasing my intake of that 🙂
@@LexsBudgetBunkerBuild I know a few people with sciatica that swear by it, and several OTC pain meds include caffeine. The scientific evidence is scarce for either position (doi: 10.7759/cureus.25603) so do whatever works best for you.

Just read on a medical site that caffeine increases inflammation and can make it worse - dammit!
