Привет . 👋 Рада видеть вас вместе . После нашего холода , снега и метели , просто идёт от видео заряд тепла и спокойствия .♥️ Озеро очень красивое . Жду новых встреч .👋
Thanks, Inga! The next few videos I’m in some bad weather too! Thunder, hail and rain! My gazebo collapsed under the weight of the rain! Digger doesn’t mind the rain though…he likes being rubbed down with a towel then getting cosy in bed, Lol See you next week!
Real nice video, what a top spot. Those tropical roofs make a huge difference during the day but they do blow around. You can either take it off at night if it annoys or run a lightweight tarp over the top and tension it up. Keep up the good work
Cheers, Chris. Digger was excited to be back. He had a worried look on his face when I was packing, he thought I was going to leave him behind again! Next stop, Victoria!
Just watched this sitting in SEQ sweating my plumbs off thinking "I would love to wake up to a cold morning..'! Great looking spot there Frank, your going to love the Vic high country looking forward to seeing the next leg of the trip.
Hey, Steve, I know the feeling, a cool morning while camping is nice...enjoying a hot coffee by the fire. Waking up hot and sticky is not much fun while camping. I have a 'shower' but it's solar heated. Cold shower in cold weather and hot showers in hot weather! Lol...oh, well, can't have it all. Unfortunately I won't make it to VHC this time. the old gal won't make it towing the camper trailer...the trany heat warning light comes on during climbs.
@@4X4CA Bugger about the tranny, maybe look at blasting the gearbox cooler with a jet wash to make sure it's all clean and see how that goes. Also with the shower mate, boil the kettle then tip that into your shower bag for a hot shower, used to do it all the time when I was at sea work's like a charm!
@@stevepratley Thanks for the tips, Steve 👍 the only advice I've heard so far is to throw a load of cash at a trans cooler upgrade...doesn't make sense to me. Its a toyota 4x4 towing at only 50% and not driven hard at all. It should cope with what I do. I'll clean out the trans cooler fins today. Cheers, mate!
Hey Frank. Nice camp. Really peaceful. Glad to see you and Digger out camping together again. Noticed that you got some patio string lights on the outside of your camping trailer. They look good! Still enjoying mine and lighting up the whole campsite with them. Take care.
Hi! I missed camping with, Digger…he missed it too. He looked worried when I was packing for this trip after I left him at home for 2 weeks last time. Although, the next couple of camps of this road trip are in the rain…tents and wet dogs don’t mix! Lol The lights are great. Thx for telling me about them (I thought these type only came in a solar version) I might get another set and string them together.👍
@@4X4CA A wet day camping is better than a dry day at home. Lol I’ve seen the solar version of the lights. Mine plug into a regular outlet since we don’t camp off grid when we use the camper. The purists in my family can sweat all they want but I’m sleeping in the air conditioning. 😴
I'd sleep in A/C while camping if I could! I like the contrast of being comfortable in the wild of nature. Once the channel brings in enough money, I'll DIY a hard walled camper trailer with A/C...and all the other gadgets! 😎
hey Frank superb camp site mate and dogs allowed is so good. Loved seeing Digger acting the funny man having special time with a swim and a bush walk, how many days were you camped up? It looked pretty quiet - a few cars parked in the background...........?
Hi, Steve, always great camping down at the dam. I was there over the weekend but still v quiet. The dam is massive with easy access to most of the foreshore, so campers spread themselves out. This also makes it easier to have your dog off lead without worrying they’ll bother others.
@@steve-deltasdad3906 Yeah, its confusing when trying to find access details on-line. Google maps and other campsite apps will probably take you to the NP side of the dam. For free camping and dogs allowed you need to enter via Batlow. One side of the lake is NP, the other state forest. Just GPS to Batlow then follow the signs from the centre of the village 👍
Hey, mate its just a folding aluminium work bench from bunnings that I screwed a piece of timber on for a table top...also from bunnings. I wanted a table that can be used as a work bench and a step up.

From West Chester, OH - Thank You Frank & Digger for a perfect video to chill after a hectic week in my IT World
Glad I’m able to send a little peace and tranquility your way.
Thanks for watching! 👍
What a view!! And the Digger came back...😍😍
Hi, Sandra, yeah, this place is beautiful. It's a little out the way but worth the trip!
Missed ya buddy, bloody great video, lov seeing our animals play around ❤
Thanks, Louis!…it’s good to be back 👍
So tranquil, totally people free.....just you and old mate (your lovely pooch and best friend), you can not beat that, I reckon.
Cheers, Dave. Can't beat camping alone in a beautiful spot...with your best bud 👍
Great doggo. Been to this place many years ago. Fond memories.
He is the star of the show!
One of my fav places to camp…and dirt bike ride!

Digger and the beautiful view ❤❤
Yep, Digger is back!...I missed camping with him
I reckon there aren't too many scenarios better than waking up on a crisp morning beside a lake with the mist rising..good for the soul.
It sure is mate! We had the whole place to ourselves...feel very lucky.
Nice camping trip! Looks like a great spot. Great to see Digger! You do nice shots of him. See you in the next one!

This place looks a keeper, any yabbies in the dam?
I'm sure there are, I tried on the last trip, but no luck.
