You have to buy it from Taobao which is a Chinese website and it's not in English also makeup is blocked from Australian consumers however if you have a Chinese address it can be purchased. I am able to do all of this and I have a shop on depop all of the makeup is sealed in the box and I am able to make custom orders for people I am legit obsessed with the packaging too!!

From what I know, If the product is made in China, then it doesn’t require animal test. I think almost all local brands in China are cruelty free.
