I bought the translucent powder in pink packaging. While the packaging is very very beautiful, the powder itself has very fine glitter particles and I think it can create flashback
I ordered a bundle from the moonlight mermaid lip glosses which I didn't receive in my order. The items even say "bundle" next to the description and theyre pretending they don't see it. I provided screenshots of the same exact order I placed and sent a picture of the items I received. They continue to deny there ever was a bundle even though it says "bundle" right next to the description of the items. I got charged for the box and the hair clip that came free and never received my lip glosses! Customer service is no help and continues to deny it even with the screenshots and seeing the total amount paid doesn't add up to the items I received! I just want my money back or the items I paid for!
