Great Video, A vital piece that I think bears mentioning is the fact that you only need to have your photo signed by someone if you are not providing a valid passport/Brp/Uk issued travel document, or you are not providing a share code as proof of Identity.

You need not to sign the photo if you are sending your BRP. Its mentioned in the Part b.

@@ThuNguyen-po6np Not really The Official DVSA Theory Test Kit. It's £4.99 or so. When you start getting 99%, then you're ready.
But Section B states that if you permitted them to verify your identity with HM you don't need a third party to sign of attest your passport photograph thank you.

How do i get the share code for the provisional licence application? I have tried everything!
For those that just mail their application form lately with the BRP, how long did it take to get your provisional license
Within 6 weeks
In the first section there is an option for the share code , if the you enter your share code or British passport number then you don't need to complete part B and immigrants can generate their share code.
Right so I do t have uk passport number but I have status so will it be fine if I just fill my status code and not do section b ?

No you don’t need to send a return envelope. But it’s useful if you can pay for tracking (that would be first class or signed for). Explain to them when you get to the post office

You just need to get the form from where it was posted, fill it and send it back to them. You can always change your address

I applied for mine without getting someone to sign for me, meaning my passport wasn't signed behind. I attached the original of my brp and posted it to them, the brp and provisional license got delivered together.
P.S. I think they are a bit faster now, mine took about three weeks...

That was pretty fast. I also think you don't need to have someone sign if you're sending your original BRP

Well done. However, I think k you committed the part that says that it's not necessary to sign your passport photograph, provided you have sent your original document or have agreed for digital verification. So not all photograph needs to be signed.

Secondly, if I have an invalid Ik passport and I’m using my birth certificate instead can I just send it with this provisional license form in the post. When you submitted your Brp , did they hold your brp for 2-3 months ? Can you help me explain that well or did you get your brp and your application was still processing ?
They held it for a long time then, but the hold-time is shorter now. You will get it before you get your provisional license

You’ll probably have to apply again and pay. If you can, just put a line across the error and sign it then continue with the rest of the form

YES. fill part B. if you are providing a BRP, then you have to indicate it in the box provided next to it. Then write the serial numbers of the BRP in the box below it and make sure when submitting the forms, you add your BRP card.

Also if you can supply an immigration status share code then you don’t need to send your BRP card at all.

Following brexit, I don't think there's any extra benefit for using eu passport. You can use anyone you want.
