Been watching y'all for a while but on tv. But y'all are hysterical to watch I have never seen a couple moan and groan and complain about everything like y'all do! Camp on!!!! I love it.
Debbie, when they first started (I began watching them since their day one, I've seen every episode) - they didn't complain or whine much, but now that seems like that's all they do. I am almost ready to pull the plug.
The saying "Get your kicks on Route 66" comes from the 1946 song "(Get Your Kicks on) Route 66" written by Bobby Troup. The song was first recorded by Nat King Cole and later covered by many artists, including Chuck Berry and The Rolling Stones. The phrase means to have fun, enjoy the journey, and experience adventure while traveling along Route 66, the historic highway that stretched from Chicago to Los Angeles. Route 66 was a major roadway in the U.S. for travelers, particularly during the mid-20th century, and became a symbol of freedom, road trips, and Americana.
It’s sad that all those spots were closed off. Sorry about what happened at the campground. It’s sad about all the questions that weren’t necessary. I used to like the trees until we got Starlink. 😊
@Brokendreamsreborn Here's what that saying, get your kick on Route 66 and where it came from... The famous saying "Get your kicks on Route 66" comes from the song of the same name, written by Bobby Troup in 1946. Troup was inspired to write the song while driving along Route 66 with his wife, Cynthia, on their way to Los Angeles. While the song is often associated with Nat King Cole, who had a hit with it in 1946, it has been covered by many artists over the years, including Chuck Berry, The Rolling Stones, and Depeche Mode. The song has become an anthem for Route 66 and a symbol of the open road and the American Dream.
Hi guys. Your to to young to remember the turm kicks. It is like having a blast, greatest fun, do it for kicks. Is to do it for your greatest fun. So I was a kid in the early 60s. But anyways. My wife and I love your honest to goodness videos. Keep up the good job and thanks for your videos.......
I love your 1st spot. We like trees for shade, but we don't have solar we have to use generator. So trees help keep our RV cooler so we can just run fans not ac. But no trees if weather is bad.
Frankenmuth at Christmas, ice sculptures and walking downtown…. The diner in Branson, Joanne had a young man sing to her! I have a great picture of the moment! Bluebirds! Same in LA (lower Alabama) and northern Florida! Attacked our mirrors and windows on the truck and camper! Love the pronouncing words!
Thank you for toning down the subscribe popup! Appreciate it. It’s really too bad that they did all that damage to the good campsites! Insane…just totally stupid…what if the board members change or they get some volunteers that are able to manage the park better. And if they want to reinstate those sites? They are almost to damaged!
I have missed a bunch of episodes because of my CHF (congenital heart failure....stupid heart) Sorry your job slowed down, but hers has gotten better. I think you should embrace your true calling.....Trophy Husband!! Bwahahahaha I wouldn't worry about it to much right now, God will bless you when the time is Is right (which hardly is on your schedule lol) Stiff upper lip, keep smiling, etc. Ect. Be safe, love each other and love God Tyler
Thanks for the heads up. This is why we rarely go to RV parks anymore. If they treat their customers like that, they soon won't have any customers. Do they really think that if you were a baby raper you would own up to it? Naw, you would just lie, so what's the point of running away business? Morons. You can see what the Forest Service did to Garland Prairie Rd. on Google Maps. What a shame.
Sorry but these are first world problems. If you want the good spot on the better roads stay in a RV park. If you can't afford the RV lifestyle it is time to move on.
Have you ever thought that maybe full time rving is not for the two of you? I have thought seriously about going full-time but it's going to be more expensive than living in my home. Plus I'm 61 and have some health issues and should probably stay near my doctor's. Good luck.

wow! what a crazy bunch of questions from the RV park!
Thanks for sharing, we're sad, that was are favorite place to stay while we were in williams. Safe travels.
Tracy and Kimberly
Get your kicks - have a good time- do what you like to do
Williams at night is awesome. The neon lights are cool. We stayed there after our visit to the Grand Canyon.
If I remember correctly, the saying was from a 1960's TV show. The kicks term was signifying having fun on a Route 66 road trip.
Thanks for sharing that with us and thanks for watching! ~ Matthew and Shion

Wow those are some crazy questions. Surprised they didn’t ask for a DNA sample or your SSN.
We agree! Thanks for watching! ~ Matthew and Shion
Lol I'm sure the shady folks are going to tell the truth on those questions ha😅
That's a very good point! Thanks for watching! ~ Matthew and Shion
Nov 2023 we were camped next to you at Quail R. That was our second time there and even then they was getting strict. Sad, we won't be back either.

Don’t feel too bad it happened to us in Georgia.
Sorry you were treated that way. I would have been as upset as you were.
