Hi !! Beware all sales PEOPLE! QUANTUM..the most annoying buzz word of the decade.
Curious & not being a wise guy - if the deed description was such an important doc and would have only taken 5 mins to obtain, why didn't the buyer go to the appropriate office to get it? Also out of curiosity, where do get deeds & deed descriptions - tax assessor's office? If my investments go right, I'll be looking in the spring season. Thanks Ken!
i cant contact the buyer , realtors pull that scam too
The flim- flam man, good movie many years ago starring Burt Lancaster
And: "Elmer Gantry"
@@ozzyhouston2535 Ozzy, you are 100% correct! I couldn't remember the name of the character Burt Lancaster portrayed. And the correct title of the movie. I knew he was a flim flam man. Thanks for telling me the right name of the movie

Sounds like me dealing with doctors. Never giving me the proper info I need.
Try dealing with dentists. Just want to get my front teeth fixed because they look shabby. "No the back teeth are in really rough shape so I'll start there". Then you run out of money and you still look like shit.
Also never do your care plan with a dentist while he has you lying down (Trendelenburg position). That is a position of extreme submission. You wouldn't play chess with a chess master lying down would you?
Note: relayed to you from my experiences.
Try a laser on that ice about a 5 W laser good enough cut it at the right angle won’t hurt your truck
