SSF2 MODS: Kakyoin Noriaki release! (mod + read the description)

- So even though my channel still has some stuff that need to be fixed it's more or less back so I decided to release my Kakyoin mod here, but I'll make an announcement on my secondary channel too so the people who are new will find this one.

Kakyoin Noriaki is one of the main characters from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 3: Stardust Crusaders and I mostly based his moveset on how he appeared in the show and in the games like Heritage for the Future.
He doesn't have a separate Stand Mode like DIO since there wouldn't be so much stuff that I could work with in his case.
I cloned him over Tails too due to requests and the fact that DIO's clone is over MegaMan.

Due to what happened recently with my channel a friend of mine helped me setting up a Discord Server so we people can still download my stuff in case a similar incident happens. The server is mainly an archive, but it can be used as a hangout place too. Kakyoin's download link will also be added there.

what does the special do? the green ball thing? i was rlly confused if all it does was hit the opponent.
It's a bomb that explodes, simple as that based on what MattFV's sheet had, but a bit nerfed.

My next main mod will be a custom revamp of Cloud, but besides that I'll have another two public and one private mod in the making.

I know that you meant a character that replaces ZSS and that's why I pointed out that it will be a Cloud revamp who is already over Ichigo and is a Final Form mod so it wouldn't work over ZSS.

ChickenZ just released a Jotaro mod a few days ago. Though it is for Beta only right now, but he plans to convert it back to 0.9b later on.

Well I can't really do that, because I don't have Flash or Animate which are needed for porting a character to Beta and vice-versa. Maybe someone in the modding community could help me later on, but not right now. :/

Kakyoin is over MegaMan normally, but I think I included a clone of him too over another character. Can't remember which one.

I don't have any kind of Jotaro mod. I only made Kakyoin and DIO. (And Jonathan is in progress.)

Sprites aren't a problem for me in Giorno's case since I can do those myself if needed.
