- In today’s video, we show you guys how we fill our honey jars and get them ready for customers.
We did a full restock of our AA Arabica coffee as well.
We also harvested pumpkin greens and cooked them for lunch.. (the kids only had a bite but George and I enjoyed. 😅)

Here’s a big one if you can get the right fda approvals. (Kanyuria) the pumpkin leaves are in unmet huge demand for making mukimo for us in the diaspora.
Real Kenyan goat meat is hugeeeee demand. Lamb and Kenyan beef also has that taste and texture that we have never found in what’s svailable in American stores. I know having tasted the two, you can vouch for that. Get into that and we will 100 percent support you. I know you and your husband can.

The coffee packaging is dope!!
Pick the youngest pumpkin leaves. They're soft and don't have the rough texture. You're also supposed to remove the "veins".
Nice job, can give many stories about honey but had to start my own hives have 30 hives but now only 3 with bees. Only harvested once. But we need many genuine bee farmers in kenya.
Many honey in kenyan market is garbage and you can't change this.
With many and genuine farmers we can make honey in kenyan market clean.
Next time, try adding milk cream to the pumpkin leaves. It makes it soft and creamy. The kids will really love it. Tastes really good
I don't like this mixture either. Milk with veges is only an ingridiefor people from western Kenya and nyanza region mostly. I found it weird in kakamega

I can relate with the kids, as a kid, eating was my hobby, but not pumpkins or even pumpkins leaves. Only when mixed with maize and potatoes aka mokimo.
Pumpkin leaves are a famous food source is Zambia too.
They are called _chibwabwa_ and they are very delicious.

Try boiling it he pumpkin leaves in salt water for a few minutes before frying with milk cream for great tasty results. Yummy!!!!
