I make this with butternut squash. I use heavy cream instead of sour cream. I lost my recipe. Any ideas for some spices to add. I also would love to try this but how do you cut the pumpkin the peel is so thick. Ty
Why don't you use a hand blender instead for the pumpkin? Saves you time transferring the pumpkin to and from the blender. Smaller area to clean up too
