The ultimate Chinese take-out Chicken Curry!

- INGREDIENTS FOR MARINADE:
1Kg chicken breast cubed or thinly sliced
1Tbsp Turmeric powde
1 Tbp curry powder
1/2 tsp hot paprika
1/4 tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE
400ml warm chicken stock
2 tsp of corn starch
1Tbsp Turmeric powder
1 Tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp hot paprika
1/4 tsp Chinese 5 spice
INGREDIENTS FOR STIR FRY
1 Large onion cut in 8th
1 Tbsp of ginger garlic paste
1 sliced capsicum
1 chopped carrot
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup broccoli
00:05 - 00:09 1Kg chicken breast cubed or thinly sliced
00:10 - 00:18 1Tbsp Turmeric powder, 1 Tbsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp hot paprika, 1/4 tsp Chinese 5 spice
00:19 - 00:23 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
00:25 - 00:33 Mix well and let marinade for at least 30 minutes
00:43 - 00:48 400ml warm chicken stock
00:50 - 00:57 with the help of a whisk add 2 tsp of corn starch and mix well until smooth
01:07 - 01:17 add 1Tbsp Turmeric powder, 1 Tbp curry powder, 1/2 tsp hot paprika, 1/4 tsp Chinese 5 spice
01:18 - 01:26 Mix well with a whisk and set aside
01:36 - 01:46 heat up in a wok 3 Tbsp of vegetable oil and fry the onion until translucent
01:55 - 02:01 add 1 Tbsp of ginger garlic paste and cook for about 10 minutes
02:36 - 02:46 add the marinated chicken and let it sear well on medium heat for 10 minutes
03:42 - 03:52 Add 1 sliced capsicum, 1 chopped carrot, 1/2 cup frozen peas, 1/2 cup broccoli
04:00 - 04:10 Cook for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally
05:05 - 05:15 Whisk the chicken stock that you prepared and add it to the wok
05:31 - 05:30 Cover with lid and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
05:45 - 05:52 Remove lid, set on high heat and let the sauce thicken to your preference
06:09 - 06:19 Serve with a side of steamed rice
