Thank you so much! My remote stopped working a long time ago so I was using the app to adjust it but when I updated my phone the app was no longer available and I thought I was going to have to buy a new remote but thanks to you, my original remote is now working just fine! 🎉 😄
Hanford store 594026- thanks for the video. When had an associate give someone our 900 remote. The warehouse sent us another remote but I think it was a newer remote and our floor model is an older 900. I tried you suggestions but it didn’t work. Any ideas what we can do?
Help! Your instructions were perfect but can only get one side at a time to adjust. We have two twin bases with a single KING mattress on top. Mattress Firm sinked ONE controller to make both bases move up and down together. Can you help me with this programming option? Your video was fantastic! We just have a different issue seeing as we don’t have 2 split mattresses but 1 King.
Disconnect both bases and start syncing one at a time with one single remote. Step 1-unplug both bases Step 2- plug one base leaving the other one unplugged and sync just like in the video. Step 3- do the same process to the second base make sure the 1st base is unplugged Step 4- unplug both bases and plug them back in Step 5- both bases should be synced together to one remote. Hope this helps
Mine does not either, I did find that you can sync the remote by just unplugging the power, plugging it back in and then following the instructions. Sadly this does not work with a king bed setup because you still need one remote per base.
I would not recommend this bed I always have trouble with it I've only had for 2 months and I can never get it to work I think it's 11:00 and they just keep give me the run around about it so I don't think this is a good buy at all

There’s a battery pack on the bottom of base to set it down. It’s a 9v battery that is needed.
Hi there, my remote control seems like not working, the light just white light not blue.
Bases usually have a serial number if you call your manufacturer they can ship you a new remote. And just follow the syncing process.
