Signalling principles and train planning webinar

On 18 May 2023, RFG hosted a webinar on signalling principles with an overview of the train planning process. Speakers included Adam Saunders, MD Reznet Rail, and Dr Nigel G Harris, MD The Railway Consultancy.
This technical talk described the basics of signalling, constraints and client requirements, as well as train planning and also how modern signalling works to keep freight trains safe. The discussion also looked at how this will develop in the future.
