Hi, well I don't understand why you write the file one by line with a loop rather than doing an export. The export should be much much faster. If you need you could slice it either by omiting records, or afterwards cutting the text file in several with command line tools.
Also, I noticed that almost none of your fields are indexed. That's the indexing that kills everything. Without index those fields are next to useless.
