- Korea's top-actors Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin are finally getting married in March. It is buzzing that one more top star couple has been born. The prospective couple, who owns a lot of real estate, is interested in what kind of house they will live in.
They start their marriage not in Seoul, but in Achiul Village in Guri, Gyeonggi-do. They chose a mountainous neighborhood outside of Seoul rather than Gangnam or the Han River, where many celebrities live. Park Jin-young, the head of JYPE, actor Oh Yeon-seo, and singer Jo Sung-mo are already living in this neighborhood. Not long ago, former Highlight member Yong Jun-hyung also moved to this village.
Hyun Bin bought a penthouse in a luxurious villa at the entrance of Achiul Village for 4 million dollars.

Star actors Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin are tying the knot after a two-year relationship.
The actors’ agencies confirmed Hyun and Son’s upcoming marriage with a press release Thursday night, announcing the wedding will take place in March in Seoul.
Son announced the upcoming wedding first in an Instagram post earlier Thursday night. In the post with a picture of a miniature white wedding gown, she wrote that she “found someone to spend the rest of my life with.”
Hyun shared the news with a handwritten note via his agency, VAST Entertainment, announcing he has made an important decision and hopes to take a step toward “a second stage of my life.”
“Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the wedding ceremony will be held only with the couple’s families and friends in attendance. Please support and congratulate the actors’ bright future and we will make every effort to repay the love presented to the actors,” the companies said in separate press statements.
Hyun made his acting debut in the KBS romance series “Bodyguard” (2003) and made a name for himself with many mega-hit television series, including the MBC sitcom “Nonstop 4” (2004), the romance comedy “My Lovely Sam-soon” (2005) and the SBS fantasy romance “Secret Garden” (2011).
After debuting with a commercial in 1999, Son became a top actor with three films -- “Lover’s Concerto” (2002), “The Classic” (2003) and “A Moment To Remember” (2004), which are hailed as masterpieces of South Korean romance film.
The two actors confirmed their relationship at the start of 2021, after starring in tvN’s hit romantic drama “Crash Landing on You” in 2019. The two also starred in 2018 film “The Negotiation.”

Thank you for doing vlogs like this where we can simply watch the actual places of our favorites.. I love BinJin couple so much. Thank you for touring us around their village. Thank you also for giving us a background about the Green belt policy in SK which is not common in some other countries like where I'm at. However, I kind of understand why Hyun Bin chose that place because of it's amazing view and wonderful and secure facility. I think that's one thing that they prioritized since the villa where they live at looks more secure and accessible plus the view of Han River and the buildings of Seoul are more visible than in the inner part of the village. I have watched the penthouse tour of some realty and the facility is really great. I haven't seen a place in the inner part where it can match their penthouse. But if ever they decide to live in a detached house and build their own the inner part especially on the mountain top or near the mountain top is ideal. But then again it depends on their preference. Please give us a video walk tour of Hyun Bin's agency Vast and Son Ye Jin's agency MSTeam. Very much interested how the neighborhood looks like at the same time get familiar with the streets for future visit. Thanks again for doing a great job!

Judging by the brand of cars and lack of sidewalks, you can definitely tell it’s a rich neighborhood. I like the villa but not the area it’s in. As you said at then end, I would prefer it being in a more secluded part of the village

Merci d'avoir montré la maison jaune de l'auteure. Tu m'as donné envie de lire ses livres et regarder les films qu'ont été adaptés de ses oeuvres. Ça c'est de l'information qui m'intéresse ! C'est dommage qu'on démolisse les maisons anciennes pour bâtir des immeubles. Les maisons anciennes devraient être mises en valeur, le hanok tout seul et donnant sur rue ça fait bizarre.. Il sera habité ?
L'endroit est très joli, avec son coté campagne. C'est idéal pour artistes, pour écrire, peindre, et bien respirer, se ressourcer. Je comprends bien que des artistes choisissent vivre là, mais si les entreprises de construction débarquent avec des gros sabots tout détruire pour construire ça perdra son charme.Je vivrais bien dans la jolie maison jaune ! Il n'y a pas un marché ? Pas de commerces ? Est tu coréen ou français ?

이젠 우후죽순 일반 빌라촌되어 무지 안타까운 곳.
뷰라..한강과 제대로된 뷰 보려면 몇 안되지만 가파른 꼭대기들집들 뷰는 정말 좋음. 근데 익숙치 않은 사람에겐 정말 suv타고 올라야 할법한 무서운 경사지임. 저렇게 초입지의 뷰는 아무리 포도힐 펜트라해도 약간의 산뷰와 더불은 지저분한 동네빌라뷰. 풍수도 베스트라고는 할 수 없음. 뷰 필요없이 주거로는 저 안쪽 오리지날 주택라인들이 좋음.

What is with all these overhanging wires. The house it's self very nice. But the surroundings does not appear to be expensive. There is no frontage .This is not what I expected to look like .especially those wires.Why are they not underground?
