The one with the foot getting cut off by a chainsaw I remember it clearly I think it was season 3 or 4 and the actor Rocky Carrol was playing came in to the clinic and felt that his toe wasn’t his. Then a guy came in with a chainsaw cause of Halloween and he stole the chainsaw and cut off his own leg.
