    Thank you for the simplest explanation. I have a doubt, you have mentioned that we can also maintain sub-batches for the material based on its additional characteristics such quality, size, price etc. apart from its color. Such as brown sugar has delivered in 3 different qualities and prices so how can we maintain those separately in different sub-batches? Do we have any option in SAP to maintain that as well apart from split valuation such as sub batches thing? One more humble request could you please also explain the concept of automatic batch determination process in SAP MM with some real-time examples? Thank you so much in advance.

    Sir my doubt is - what my knowledge regarding batch was before watching this video is , batch is something to identify the production of material at the same time like if we produced 100 material in a day then we can give those material same batch and next day production will have different batch , but after watching this video I got to know that ,batch is something related to material characteristic and it is always same ?

    Hi
    How to make batch field mandatory in purchase order for a perticular material only

    • @StudyuuuSAP-MM-EWM
      @StudyuuuSAP-MM-EWM  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      For a particular material means u need to activate in material master only

    • @kalasheshadri7849
      @kalasheshadri7849 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      My question is if user forgot to enter the batch while creating purchase order for a perticular material, system has to trigger error message that batch is not maintained.how to map this.

    • @StudyuuuSAP-MM-EWM
      @StudyuuuSAP-MM-EWM  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      We can have messages only if they enter wrong batch because not every material is batch managed
