I did the math. Bob had approx. 0.6% likelihood of getting that many rolls without a six. The probability of rolling 9 fives in a row is about 0.0001%. Bob really showed extreme luck and probability-bending math, just not in the good way.
The math checks out, but Bob didn't roll 9 fives 'in a row', they were separate. The highest number of fives he got in a row was 4, which is about 0.077% chance. Still low, just not as low. Another thing: the probability of Bob rolling 28 times with no sixes and then finally getting a six on the 29th roll is around 0.1%. Dammit, Bob.
I did some more math on Bob’s fives. To roll exactly 9 fives in 28 total roles is 28 nCr 9 * ((1/6)^9)*((5/6)^19)*100 ≈ 2.15%. He had a 99.39% chance to roll any sixes (1-28) out of 28. This means _he was 46 times more likely to roll any given amount of sixes than he was to roll 9 fives in 28 rolls total._ An amazing feat of chance, miserable when you’re on the losing end of fate. PS breaking out my statistics 4 years after my last class was awesome I love math

Whenever I play this game, I usually have it so that a 1 and a 6 gets you out of home. One's don't let you go twice, but it's better than being stuck in home all game.

28:50 "What are the odds of the happening?" Well there's 28 spaces Mark could have been on the board, so he had a 1/28 chance of being on that specific space, and Wade made 2 1/6 probability rolls (The 6 to get out of home, the 1 to jump on Mark) So it would be (1/28)*(1/6)*(1/6), which multiplies to a *1/1008 chance* of that specific scenario happening.
But mark rolled onto that space as well, which was part of the "What're the chances" sequence. Which means you have to include Mark's roll as well. So the math is (1/28)*(1/6)*(1/6)*(1/6) for a grand total of 1/6048, or a ~0.02% chance. Or if you want to be specific, it's a ~0.016534391% chance.

I just googled it to be sure and this is what came up on Wikipedia: "The name of the game means "Do not get angry" (literally "Do not get angry, man" or "Do not get angry, buddy"). The name derives from the fact that a peg is sent back to the "out" field when another peg lands on it, similar to the game Sorry!."
The chance of Bob rolling 37 consecutive non-sixes is literally *LESS THAN ONE PERCENT, at 0.117569290198%.* the chances of simply not rolling a six once would be 5/6 (five other possible numbers, out of six total numbers), however you multiply this number by itself for each consecutive time this event occurs, in this situation, it would be (5/6) multiplied by itself 37 TIMES, or (5/6)^37, then multiply that by 100 to give you the chances in the form of a percentage.

Wow look at that scholar 👩🏫
@@thegreensunsetgroup96 Close enough, I'm suprised you copied all those numbers down.

The other ocassion where it may be close would be when Mark destroyed Bob's cabin in The Forest.
I just realized what Bob said to Mark.
"There's a lot of ways that you can F*CK!"
Well...he's not wrong...
Indeed
20:24 "this is going to come back to bite me so hard i can already tell"
he knew.
The instructions literally show a picture of the player jumping over their own piece to advance.
Just cuz some person in chat was being insistent on house rules in Wades chat lol
They have all these disputes about how you aren't supposed to jump over your own piece, meanwhile no one has ever said that ever.
The no jumping off baby rules
What's more irritating is they bend the knee and change to the first person to say anything, and then say it doesn't matter
@@PJOZeus I think it makes the game more interesting

when the game finishes and you get a six...
Morgan Short haha that part was funny
That was so bad and unlucky. xD
Mark totally cursed Bob at the end.
Awww...poor Bob.
If that happens, I would do this👉 25:35
@@zainababubakar612 I agree XD
In german this game is called "Mensch ärgere dich nicht" which you could translate to "Man, don't get angry!"
Nope it's "human, do not fret"
Sorry I'm neither German, nor English but i learned/am learning both lamguages in school, so I'm sorry if it's not a 100% accurate but I'm pretty sure that "Mensch" in this sense is not translated to "Human". Buut again not sure.
@@giulirana44 Yeah "Mensch" normally translates to "human" but in that sense "man" or "buddy" would be more fitting

*****: yea :)
(He's a character I came up with if ur wondering.)
The chance of Bob rolling 37 consecutive non-sixes is literally *LESS THAN ONE PERCENT, at 0.117569290198%.*
the chances of simply not rolling a six once would be 5/6 (five other possible numbers, out of six total numbers), however you multiply this number by itself for each consecutive time this event occurs, in this situation, it would be (5/6) multiplied by itself 37 TIMES, or (5/6)^37, then multiply that by 100 to give you the chances in the form of a percentage.

Lol, watching this again, I now understand Bob's luck at the end. Remember how Bob rolled 3 sixes at the very beginning? 6-6-6. He summoned the power and glory of Satan right at the beginning and wasted his opportunity and sold his soul (or rather his victory) just to get those two pieces out 😹
