I already have this device. There is such a problem with it, the smoke smells like burning, carbon monoxide. The machine itself works very strangely, there is little smoke and it crackles. What could it be?

I am looking forward to getting my hands on this. I have a bunch of large fog machines, ranging from 300w-1000w but I do not have any handheld options. I really like the way it creates low lying fog without the need of dry ice or other contraptions. I’m hoping this will be the perfect alternative to the overpriced Smokegenie.

Just got it today and it was working for like 3 min then the smoke got light and it smelled like something was burning
What happen if we use it at horizontal ? Like if reservoir is half, it might stop working, but if it's full ? it should work for few min ?

been using this product for a couple of weeks now its not working always that blinking green light.
