HP=torquexRPM/5250 I'd say torque is included in HP. But HP is the ability to perform work. The 6.5 is not really a great or powerful engine, but these and the marine versions are likely the best of the 6.5s.

I'd go with a blown 632 with a cam that requires at least a 4000-4500 lockup style converter with a th400. Maybe, if it's even possible a gear vendors overdrive. I don't know much about them tbh. I think that setup would be perfect considering the weight of the vehicle.
