Update... I used pliers with a paper towel (to avoid scratching it)

Slide a putty knife under the edge and loosen it that way.

I appreciate the help though.
I did manage though.
I used paper towel and pliers.
Broke a nail but hey I got the work done! Went from 3 working lights to 9!! 😁
