It's a lot of demand to put on a perfect show and from what I hear, she's a perfectionist! Makes total sense that she's a little out of character back stage.

But it seems that everyone is missing that shes remorseful and offers apologies at the end of the day. I know I dont go through a fraction of what Beyoncé does and I know how I get with stressful work deadlines. Sometimes its a choice between platitudes or getting work done
