Really interesting OTIS nameplate on the COPs... these might be the US version, motors sound like some older Lexans, the call stations don't have the Otis name on the bottom, they look and behave almost exactly like the ones you would see in America... Otis seems to have quite a dominance in Poland since the 90s, lots of Gen2s there.

How come, the display does not show any floor between 3 and 21? Why the elevator still go when the door starts to open?

When these were installed? Elevonic 401 was discontinued in 1991 actually even Elevonic 411 was introduced in 1989.
