- Danganronpa has three games and every game has the same patterns. Wether that is the same type of murder in each chapter or the same reveal at the end of he chapter, I will cover it in this video!

NPC QUICK QUESTION
In the "Tell them Naeigi" part at 317 where is that scen from!
@@InanimateRonpaYin-Yangin an abridged Danganronpa series episode 4.
The only ones I actually noticed during the game were Chapter 1: Unexpected Victim, Chapter 3: Double Murder and Chapter 6: Ending Danganronpa
Don’t forget Chapter 4: Muscled Character Dies
Chapter 5 is also a stereotypically unsolvable case and Chapter 2 has a really emotional motive
Sayaka's death couldn't have been more expected
wait you're right@@the_bi_wolf15
@@noermya I think they mean unexpected for the protagonist, not the player
Chapter 1: unexpected death/ murderer
Chapter 2: some form of agreement is involved
Chapter 3: killer’s true personality shows
Chapter 4: big guy dies
Chapter 5: always a stupidly hard mystery.
Chapter 6: a retrial for some reason
I wouldn't count what Sdr2 had a retrial at all...
@@ProfessorNiloExactly, it's more accurate to say final battle with a huge reveal/plot twist
@@akaanimegamer9324 well that would be more accurate to all the games ig but at the same time I hated sdr2 and didn’t finish it ☠️
Chapter 3= blackened spams their keyboard and repeats words or go insane
Celestia
Korekiyo
And I forgot
They also burn somehow
Celestia= witch thingy whatever
Korekiyo=burned in a pot kinda torture
And I forgot this one
@@Name_760 Mikan was on a rocket lol
Another pattern in Chapt 3 is that one of the victims is a "loose end":
If Celes had killed someone else, Hifumi coudl've revealed her plan
Mikan was forced to kill Hiyoko because Hiyoko run into her while Mikan was killing Ibuki. If Mikan had left Hiyoko, she would have been a witness
Angie saw Kiyo setting up the rooms for the seyance murder, and although Kiyo could've just dropped everything, he killed Angie and proceed with the seyance murder. If he didn't kille Angie, she would've known he was the killler behind the seyance
Why are you putting a “y” in seance?
@@jakalder prolly just a spelling mistake
Chapter 2 victims discovered close to water.
Chihiro was close the pool
Mahiru was close the sea
Ryoma was in the piranha tank
Usually, in danganronpa (only for 2 and v3) : anyone who got into a debated with the main character in trial 1 usually be the next victim in chapter 2. Mahiru debated with hajime ended up being the victim. It's the same with Ryoma.
In danganropa V3 the same thing happened in the two following trials
Tenko argued about the pirhana tank for Ryoma's murder and was then killed, later during Tenko's case Miu argued about the blade and was the next victim
if its just two games and not all its probably a coincidence@@yelainee_.
Also note that all the victims in chapter 2 receive a fatal blow to the head.
@@Cloaded-kc4kq To be fair the argument segment didn't existed back in the first game
In chapter 2 the victims are opposite: mondo being weak w/ chihiro being strong, mahiru opposing fuyuhiko w/ peko being his loyal subject, ryoma having no one to live for w/ kirumi having everyone to live for
I agree, but I’d argue you got the reasoning a bit off for DR2. What you said is right, but I think that’s just an example of what really makes Mahiru and Peko ‘opposite’ each other; Mahiru has a headstrong, pushy personality, while Peko is subservient, and is denied not only her personality, but even personhood.
Going even further, though this part might be a stretch. As a result of her bad father, Mahiru holds men to a high standard, and doesn’t really like men most of the time.
Contrarily, Peko is meant to be a highly skilled servant to a man, and she winds up (probably) falling in love with him in spite of him representing her abusers. (I know Fuyuhiko turns out to be a good boy, but it doesn’t undo the symbolism)
‘Mahiru’ can be translated to ‘Midday’ or ‘broad daylight,’ while Peko has several connections to Sailor Moon, including sharing the same birthday and the same voice actress as Sailor Moon.
The perverts are always the people who make stuff
Hifumi = makes fanfics
Teruteru = makes food
Miu = makes inventions
I'd say toko/syo was the pervert. Hifumi only made a couple inappropriate jokes aimed towards nobody and simped for Celeste.
@@DrKodatekoTrue but Toko = Makes books so the theory still holds up
Having two victims at chapter 3 was a custom at this point , but the idea of having 2 murderers in one chapter was never used unfourtanely
The idea of there being two blackened for one case is such a unique concept that it bothers me that they never went through with it. Imagine you spend a whole trial accusing one person of one murder, the whole time they are claiming they didn't kill that person, but you later learn they were responsible for the other murder that occured, it would be one hell of a roller coaster ride of emotions.
Celeste and Hifumi. Gonta and Kokichi
@@DkGamerTH-camkokichi didnt technically kill
@@DkGamerTH-cam kokichi planned it, but didnt actually do anything
@@DkGamerTH-cam hifumi died so we still had one culprit alive at the trial , it would have been so wild to see one culprit running loose in the class after a class trial
"Every type of Danganronpa Character" never ends, just returns with a new face
And even despite these tropes, each game still feels unique and "distant" from one another
Some little patterns you missed
Chapter 1's Suspects: During the first part of the first trial, an innocent someone is heavily suspected among the group, and this character is in a way, related to a protagonist (Makoto takes this role in THH, he's the protag, Nagito takes it in DR2, his name is a mixup of Makoto Naegi, Shuichi takes it V3, where he takes the role of protagonist after Kaede dies). This character at least dies very late into the killing game, and V3 includes the addition of Scrum Debates, with the first one being to decide whether Shuichi is the culprit. There's also a minor suspect, and in the 2 games that have, this is when you're introduced to consent to prove their innocence.
Chapter 2's Friendship: During this chapter's daily life, 2 people (of the same gender) start forming a friendship that is usually ruined around the trial (Mondo is the culprit, Mahiru is the victim, and Himiko starts spending more time with Angie than Tenko). The one who survives (or, in the case of V3, the more heartbroken one) has their character development in Chapter 3, and dies as a victim that same chapter.
Chapter 3's victims: You've already mentioned how there's 2 victims this chapter, but have you noticed both the victims are the same gender?
Chapter 4's Antag development: Around the fourth trial, the antagonist starts to have character development. Byakuya gets something wrong, Nagito gets mad at Hajime upon finding out he's a Reserve Course Student, and Kokichi manipulates Gonta to kill Miu, and starts to show his true colors. Nagito and Kokichi start going crazy the next chapter too.
Chapter 5's goodbye: In Chapter 5 of DR2 and V3, the antagonist starts getting more development, and is found as the chapter's victim. Now, since there's going to be an actual culprit, the support/protag partner takes that role. Oh, and in the trial, the Moment Of Truth (Panic Talk Action and Argument Armament) isn't against the culprit, rather someone close to them.
Tbf, in Chapter 5 it kind of is the case with Mukuro (or Junko posing as Mukuro, kinda). She starts getting more attention (with them learning of her existance), she's the "victim" of the case, Kyoko takes the blame in the bad ending and the moment of truth isn't against Junko, but rather Toko
Regarding the ‘chapter 4 antagonist development,’ they also all start actively at least trying to screw up the masterminds’ plans afterwards, in chapter 5.
Byakuya lead the team trying to figure out how Monokuma works and explore locked areas. Nagito tried to kill everyone not named Chiaki (which it turns out later would probably screw up Alter-Junko’s true plan) and end the game early, and Kokichi… did Kokichi things.
Theres also a pattern on the chapter one executions
1. The blackened is dragged by the neck thing or whatever at the first part of the execution
2. The characters (chapter one victim/victims excluded) are shown at the start/end of the execution
another thing i noticed for ch3, the victims are always one person who's loud/talkative/outgoing (hifumi, ibuki, angie) and one person who was ass but was developing to become a better character until they died (kiyotaka, hiyoko, tenko)
bro reversed hifumi and kiyotaka
@@ahteng3739 idk sorry 😭 from what i remembered kiyotaka was going through some sort of development before he died so that's why i put him there
Tenko was NOT ass😭

Chapter 5:Unknown victim
Chapter 6:Endgame
Also in chapter 2 a student who has killed before gets revealed and ends up surviving the killing game
Genocider Syo
Baby Gangsta
Maki Harukawa
Actually Ryoma was drowned in the sink, but there still was the bonk similarity
As much as I love Danganronpa and would love a fourth game, I think the series is perfect as it is a trilogy. It would be hard to make a whole new and interesting fourth game.
Tbh there is a lot that could be told (Either as animes, books or games), but also it would be nice for them to break some patterns, were they to make a fourth game (like Ace Attorney, the only "pattern" cases are the first and the last, the second, third and fourth cases are different most of the time).
The concept of ultimate talents just brings so much possibilities to the table, like there's so much ultimate talents I would love to see.
@@Chaki21 Yes, but also what story/series would be told? Danganronpa 1 & 2 were about the Hope's Peak saga, and Danganronpa V3 was kind of it's own thing in another continuity.
@@Cloaded-kc4kq An idea I had was Team Danganronpa members becoming the "students" of V4 since nobody wanted to participate in it anymore, that's just the barebones of my idea, knowing Danganronpa, I know they can twist an idea like this to make it really interessing.
That's where fangames come into play
@@a_raichub the problem is that a lot of them are incomplete, or take months to have any progress (I understand why that is, but it is a bad player experience to wait that long to see progress)
Actually another point of Chapter 1 is "to protect"
Leon killed Sayaka as an act of self-defence (protecting himself) *self
Teruteru killed imposter to protect everyone from Nagito *all
Kaede "killed" to protect Shuichi/everyone to end the game, the mastermind killed to preserve the game itself *others/the whole game
Chapter 2 is the revelation of a character's alter ego
Chihiro is a boy/ Genocider Sho
Peko as the Sparkling Justice/ Fuyuhiko's servant
Maki has another talent
Chapter 3 is to tie up loose ends
Hifumi is Celeste's accomplice and have a chance to betray her (although not likely but celeste as a gambler may believe even the smallest chance can change tides)
Hiyoko saw Mikan killing Ibuki
Angie saw Korekiyo making preparations, thus if he carried out his see-saw murder as scheduled with her around she will just point that out to the class.
Chapter 4 comes up with some trickery
Aoi nearly got everyone executed by a forged will of Sakura by Monokuma
Gundham did play foul during the showdown
Gonta was brainwashed by Kokichi to murder Miu
Chapter 5 is practically made unsolvable
Mukuro- unknown victim
Nagito- unknown killer
Kaito & Kokichi- both factions unknown
Chapter 6 of course the showdown
and also JUNKO ENOSHIMA
Gonta wasn't brainwashed by anyone though? Like yeah, some manipulation was most likely involved, so your theory still holds up, but Gonta still has autonomy in this situation. A lot of people overlook that, and I can't help but feel like doing so takes away from one's understanding of what happened.
Chapter 1: Someone close to the main protagonist is always the first to die
Chapter 3: Always a double murder
Chapter 4: The big muscular character dies
Chapter 5: The 'Unsolvable' Murder
another pattern is the murder always occurring in the new location of the academy/island, the only exception is Sakura's death, but it was suicide and not murder itself.
The fact that sakura is the only one who committed suicide in danganronpa 😭
@@yelainee_. Nagito's death practically was a suicide. The "victim" had the motive, masterminded and executed the plan, the "killer" was just a tool, a weapon.
K11B0 also died from suicide too
If Korekiyo's trial happened in chapter two instead of chapter 3, then all chapters 2 motives would have been a dead sibling :
Mondo - his brother
Peko - Fuyuhiko's sister
Korekiyo - his sister
It would have been cool
If that happened, I think that Fuyuhiko would kill instead of Peko, or Peko would kill Mahiru still, to stop Fuyuhiko’s trauma
In V3 it all makes sense because the show has gone on for V3 seasons.
In chapter 1 of all three games, someone close to the main protagonist is always the first to die, you could argue this is not entirely true for DR2, but The Imposter was becoming quite close with Hajime, almost acting as Hajime's equivalent of Kirigiri. Something interesting to note is the fact that The Imposter seemed to gravitate toward Hajime of all characters, this is interesting because of the similarities between the two, The Imposter & Hajime are not whom they seem, the only difference is Hajime is unaware of his identity as Izuru Kamakura, while The Imposter has been an imposter for so long they no longer remember the person they originally were.
You missed the fact that every chapter 1 blackened got dragged by a chain on the neck in their executions.
Most likely every executed student was dragged by a chain but not shown so it wouldn't be repetitive
Should a fourth DR game arise, I bet Junko will return in some capacity. That woman will never cease to exist. 😂
if she returned like probably 53 times what make us thinks she isnt coming back lmao
Another pattern I see in chapter 2 cases is that the criminal one of the Cast somehow plays a big role in the murder.
In Thh mondo was the Killer.
In GD Fuyuhiko Was The first witness and technically the reason the murder happened.
And in V3 Ryoma became the Victim.
Random but all chapter two killers wore mostly black
Yay racism
(This is a joke)
I don't know if this is a pattern or not, but the ones who starts a rebuttal showdown first in the first trials are the victims of the second chapter. (Mahiru, Ryoma) For the first game, I guess Chihiro was the first one who made some sort of contradictory statement?
You were the first one to refute chihiro's statement about how "She had no chance to resist" so I guess that counts.
Yeah i did notice that too
3 types of Ultimate Unknowns
Danganronpa 1 : Side Character who survived with its talent discovered
Danganronpa 2 : Main Character who survived with its talent discovered but as a reserve course student
Danganronpa 3 : Side Character who died without its talent discovered
too bad rantaro didn't survive as well, i'd love that tbh
Isn’t this basically your series “Literally every DanganRonpa character”
No
Im back in my dr phase and Im honestly so glad this fandom is still alive
After this I feel bad for Leon since he not actually tries to kill Sayaka
Oh he did kill her on his own accord. After all, he broke the bathroom door open to stab her
@@richietribe9487 Exactly. Self-defence only works when the danger is imminent. Because he could have locked himself in his own room, he loses his self-defence escape clause.
Celeste pointed out (and I agree) he could've left it all when she was forced to lock herself in the bathroom, yet he chose to go on and murder her
@@angeljafbenitez1843 I understand the "self-defense" clause being only valid for the moment after the attack, but frankly, at the moment she attacked him she had to be dealt with.
What was Leon gonna do? Let her be, and do whatever she pleases during the night, maybe awkwardly trying to kill someone else after failing to kill him, or still trying to target him (which is not a great situation for him as well).
And with that even if she didn't attempt something before morning (or fails again), if she's not stupid she's gonna lie to everyone (like how she tried in the game), manipulating them into believing that Leon is the one who tried to kill her or something similar (which would have probably worked due to her popularity in comparison with Leon's).
Plus at the moment I think both of them didn't know the existence of the class trial so the excuse that he should have left the others figure out that she was the liar is not valid as well.
In short, the fact that she survived after attacking him, was already a very big problem to him, the best move was normally to kill her (except if he didn't care that someone else died by Sayaka, even if he could have stopped it).
If you really put yourself in Leon's shoes I think you'd stop defending Sayaka that much. (fair, she has some excuses but between the two of them, Leon is the real victim for me).
@@richietribe9487He Had To Because If He Left She Would've Told The Others To Make It Look Like Leon Was Trying To Kill Her So He Had To Shut Her Up After All She Is A Snitch
In Chapter 4, everyone is stuck in a mysterious room no one knows about and have to investigate all around it

Chapter 2 reveals a killer in every game.
THH: Genocide
GD: Peko
KH: Maki
Wait what about finishing the survivors canon event-
Example:
Makoto(if bad ending): sayaka and kyoko
Sonia: gundham and chiaki
Himiko: tenko, angie and gonta
a few things I noticed were:
in chapter 1 trial, the blackened gets dragged by their neck and it shows the entire cast watching it as a group
in chapter 3 a "disturbing" moment happens: THH: the part where Makoto can spy on the girls SDR2: Mikan falling asleep on Hajime and KH: Miu and Keebo maintenance (i hate all of these scenes with a burning passion)
or maybe instead, THH: The dead body's moving SDR2: The video of ibuki hanging herself KH: The Whole ritual thing and the crying child song
All three games have a secret scene where you can see a fanservice shot of some girls in the shower room. You just need the present a man's nut and have to talk to a certain person to activate the secret scene.
what you describe as "disturbing" id personally describe as "uncomfortable". im with whatever_hi_in_spanish_is on this, those were way more disturbing
I'm with you on that last one. Fanservice has aways been so unnecessary and annoying for me
@@Iamintohunksdontjudgeme literally, atleast in THH it wasnt the WORST, but sdr2 was pretty bad and then the maintenance scene.. i dont want to remember it...
chapter 3 in all games: double murder, saying the same thing 41722552 times and being 2020 tiktok famous

How the fck did Naegi survive that fall tho 💀
That Was In The Last Uploaded Video
Remenber he was the Ultimate lucky student
I didnt notice most of these! Nice.
Also, the comic relief character always survives
in chapter 2 the Rival character always gets devious
Always a fanservice scene in chapter 2
2 of the most gimmicky characters always die in chapter 3
In chapter 2 the murder is always somewhat caused by the victim (Threw chihiro trying to be brave threw talking to mondo, Mahiru confronting fuyuhiko, Or Ryoma showing kirumi that she can kill him)
In chapter 4 the rival character is rude to everyone during the trial
1 death in chapter 1 always gets brought up later on in the story usually being a major plot point in chapter 6 (twogami, Mukuro and rantaro)
The least smartest of the cast always survives
chapter 2 always includes character development (Ishimaru, Fuyuhiko, himiko and maki)
The culprit in chapter 3 is usually completely forgotten about by the rest of the cast past the starter bit of chapter 4
In chapter 5 someone important to the plot dies (Kyoko with the bad ending and technically alter ego chihiro, Nagito and chiaki, Kokichi and kaito)
In chapter 2 the victim is always someone with short hair
and finally in chapter 5 The protaganist needs hope to get out of there depression phase (Makoto nearly giving up after getting trapped in trash however kyoko saves him, hajme figuring out the 5th trial is impossible to solve and later figuring out its chiaki however chiaki cheers him up, After kokichi shows them the outside world all of them lose the will to live however technically tsumugi brung them out of despair with the flashback light)
Actually failed murder could also be Miu beceause she planned to kill kokichi
All the themes I noticed during my times playing danganronpa :
Chapter 1 : the second victim doing the first objection or wrong answer
Chihiro (First Wrong Answer)
Mahiru (First Cross Swords [SDR2])
Ryoma (First Cross Swords [DRV3])
Chapter 2 : The shortest was involved in one way or another.
Chihiro : Was the person who was killed
Hiyoko : Blamed for her friend's murder
Ryoma : Was killed
Chapter 2 : Blunt Force Death
Chihiro : Got bashed in the head with a dumbbell
Mahiru : Whacked by a baseball bat
Ryoma : Got hit by a stick and died
Chapter 3 : Wrong Place, Wrong Time
Kiyotaka : Tried to escape but got whacked in the back of the head and died
Hiyoko : Went to go use the mirror in the Concert Hall but got killed
Angie : Went to go get candles but got whacked instead
Chapter 4 (I don't have one for chapter 4)
Chapter 5 : Death of a important character
Mukuro : If the rules weren't broken and Makoto wasn't voted, They wouldn't of found the mastermind
Nagito : If Chiaki didn't throw the poison, they wouldn't have found the traitor in the program.
Kokichi : If Kaito didn't win, then they wouldn't of found out how to piss off the mastermind
Chapter 5 : Failed executed
Makoto : If Alter Ego didn't get killed, Makoto would of died, but Makoto didn't die
Chiaki got executed but Monomi was also there. Making it count as a failed execution since Chiaki was actually a AI
Kaito died before his execution killed him.
excuse me, I asked for no 3:35
6:18
Makoto :WE DONT HAVE ENOUGH TIME!!!
Monokuma:dancing.
Hope the video will be great
This is literally the reason why I call DR2 a good game, but a bad sequel. It reuses WAY too many fucking ideas and patterns from DR1 to the point where I was able to guess most of the plot twists before they happened. DR's formula of a death game is so integral to the plot, it's kinda hard to make the sequels seem fresh new and interesting lol. But I could go on and on.
1st Chapater: Execute: Grap by the neck
In chapter one the culprit is always getting pulled with a metal choker thing
“Tell them, Naegi.”
“You’ve got that wrong!”
“That is not what I wanted you to tell them, Naegi.”
you are saying things that we all already knew, king
Also, chapter6 in all danganronpa series, enoshima appears
The 2nd antagonist always dies at some point during the 3rd chapter.
(Celestia gets executed, Hiyoko’s a victim, and Angie is also a victim.)
0:48 Teruteru just like: Wtf u on about bro-
Didnt noticed the third
3:19 TeLl ThEm NaIgI lol
Although it doesn't happen in v3, a pattern I noticed in the first two Danganropa games is how in the second chapter, someone close to the blackened tried to defend them. In Trigger Happy Havoc, Taka tried defending Mondo (to the point of begging Monokuma to kill him instead in the anime). In Goodbye Despair, Fuyuhiko tried to defend Peko.
Don’t forget the fact that one person also had their ultimate as ???
There isn't any AHOAHOAHOAHOAHOA 😭😭😭😭
The only pattern my dumbass noticed was the double kill in chapter 3 of each game 😭
Can anybody send me link to this og sound track i know the name the new order world but couldn't find this specific one if you know the soundtrack kinda changed around 5:52 thats the version I'm lookin for
Oh wow-
I only noticed the chapter 1 betrayal and the chapter 3 double murders.
One pattern I noticed is that in every chapter 2 there was a direct confrontation between the murderer and the victim. In every case murderer talked to the victim before doing the deed.
I see it as this way,
Chapter 1: Someone you know almost personally (Makoto and Sayaka, Player and Byakuya, Kaede and Shuichi)
Chapter 2: a secret reveal (Genocide Jack, Fuyuhiko and Peko's relationship as boss and bodyguard, Kirumi being basically the true president)
Chapter 3: double muuurder
Chapter 4: the big one dies : (
Chapter 5: "Impossible"
Chapter 6: The End.
Is so sad that rantaro and ultimate died uncidently
Theres also the execution.
the first execution always starts with the blackend being dragged by a chain, and the blackend didn't actually meant to kill the victim (Leon in self defense, chef guy to kill nagito abd kaede to kill the mastermind)
One more for 2nd: Body discovery location cleverly set up
1st - girls locked room. We know Mondo did it out of respect for Chichiro, but actually suggested the killer was a girl.
2nd - body blocking the door. Making it seem like the culprit must've escaped through the beach.
3rd - moving the body to the gym. Making the kill so impossible, that Kirumi confidently admitted to being in the gym prior.
Okay I think ch1 trend is interesting cuz they kill off sayaka unexpectedly, they kill off Twogami even more unexpectedly, but the killers of those trials are nothing special. and then in the third game they kill off Rantaro to make you think they’re satisfying the ch1 trend, when actually it’s Kaede that’s the real trend-follower of this chapter
I noticed how every third execution involved some kind of fire. Celestia was burned before runner over by a truck, Mikan was blasted by a rocket, fueled by fire, and Korekiyo was cooked alive
I noticed in THH, everyone died in the order that they're normally introduced, Sayaka, "Junko", Leon, Chihiro, Mondo, Kiyotaka, Hifumi, Celestia, and Sakura, and Yasuhiro, Aoi, Toko, Byakuya, Kyoko, and Makoto survived
I noticed that the chapter 2 victims tried to put a positive spin on the motives, which is what got them killed.
Technically, Trigger Happy Havoc was more unexpected in it’s formula. Among others, big guy fatality syndrome happened in chapters 2 (Mondo) and 4 (Sakura), and both Hifumi and Celestia killed one victim each in chapter 3 despite being a double murder (Hifumi killed Kiyotaka only to be killed by Celestia).
In chapter 1 the killer always gets grabbed by the neck to the execution
Chapter 1 culprits get dragged to their executions by a chain around their necks
Somehow I didn't notice any of it 😀
Not even the double murder?
how
Sayaka just wanted to know what happened to the girls she cares about. They're sisters to her, and she was willing to do anything, literally even trying to kill someone and blame it on someone she was clearly in love with. Tbh my headcanon is that she regretted making that plan to frame Naegi not because she knew she was dying but because she actually did care for Naegi that's why she wrote 11037 so he voted the right person and that he didn't die.
Would like to add also, something interesting that everyone overlooked in the class trial for Sayaka's killer, was that Sayaka herself had no idea a class trial would occur if she was successful in killing Leon. Making the claim that Sayaka would frame Makoto for murder impossible. She had absolutely no way of knowing about the execution rule, because if you play THH, the whole time Sayaka was alive the only rule for escape was that you "Had to kill someone without being discovered" that's literally all it said. It said nothing about class trials or executions so she carried out her plan because she hoped Makoto would take the blame for her, so she could escape. Also aside from switching rooms, she did not plant false evidence, she let herself be seen grabbing the murder weapon, she left a dangerous Katana sitting out in the open. There's just no way she intended to frame Makoto for murder, and I hate how someone as smart as Kyoko overlooked that and seemingly twisted Sayaka's motivations against Makoto.
In the end it was still wrong of her to plan a premeditated murder and she should be judged for that alone, just that class trial came to the wrong conclusion about her.
And it's funny how in every DR sequel, it's made VERY clear at the beginning of Monokuma's entrance that the class trial system is thoroughly explained. I guess even the creators of the game made an oversight in THH, but then made us Sayaka fans fall into despair by assigning a false motive to her.
Knowing all this, it can be concluded that Sayaka's feelings for Makoto were real, and she left 11037's name because she didn't want the rest of the students to think Makoto killed her. In the end she regretted what she had done and wanted to protect Makoto, at least Kyoko got that part right. It was not an attempt to get 11037 killed in an execution she had no way of knowing existed. It was literally to save Makoto from the mess she made herself
It is what it is, but hopefully it helps, Sayaka deserved better. I'm glad her VA made a return in V3 especially so in her case.
What ost used in this video
The only incosistency is Ch.5 of DR2 where the victim was definitely Nagito and the culprit was the one who was meant to be impossible to figure out.

Why is no one talking about how in goodbye despair Gungdum nd Nekumaru's case was basically a sacrifice but just got blown over🤨
Chapter 4 killers were trying to save everyone and we're or killed the buff character
sayakas death always upsets me
Chapter 2 have a character breakdown, 1 kiotaka 2 fuyuhiko 3 all characters knowing the truth of kirumi
3:12 I'm dying
The game always ends with some sort of cliffhanger ending.
In THH, we never see the outside world that the survivors finally escape to (until SDR2 or UDG)
In SDR2, we don’t see if those killed in the game are brought back (until DR3)
In DRV3, we don’t see how the surviving characters and the real world interact, and we don’t learn more about Tsumugi’s desire to become a “copycat criminal”
Forgot one obvious one. Chapter 6: some form of Junko Enoshima.
The only one I disagree with is the failed execution pattern in the 5th trials, because Chiaki's execution did not fail. Sure she came back at the 6th trial but that doesn't matter since she is an AI and she still died, I don't see how is that considered a fail. Other than that tho, every other pattern makes sense
I think the uploader was talking about Usagi/Monomi
Themes I noticed:
Chapter 1: Mistake
Chapter 2: Emotions
Chapter 3: THree Dead
Chapter 4: Sacrifice
Chapter 5: Enigma
What does enigma mean
@@AmithystCh mystery, confusion, the such.
I kinda noticed this pattern. The third chapter always has 2 kills. On DRV3 I already knew there's gonna be a double kill even if the bodies haven't been discovered at once. The second victim on that chapter actually been killed not so long after the first one. (Kokichi managed to troll me about a fake third kill that chapter tho.)
Somehow i knew all of them after the first game 😅
All of the last ‘murders’ were suicides kinda: Sakura’s suicide, Kokichi let Kaito kill him (kinda suicide) and Nagito was pretty much suicide
1. This almost feels like 'new super mario bros' levels of formulaic. And that's not a compliment.
Also the 'seesaw effect' meme as funny as it is, symbolizes everything wrong with the series' overuse of tropes.
2. If there was a danganronpa 4 (I wish) here are some ways it could break away from or add twists to these patterns.
- A predictable first victim who is the most forgettable student in the class and whom the protagonist actually feels distant to.
- Second victim poisoned to death, serial killer revealed in chapter 3.
- Keep the double deaths but have 2 killers and make use of the 'first come first serve rule' The second killer is revealed to be a serial killer. And have the blackened motive being something like self-defense or an accident and that both murders were driven/planned by the second killer.
- Buff guy survives the killing game, a selfish motive for the chapter 4 murder.
- Chapters 5 and 6 can be whatever. Maybe make it so that the 'first come first serve' rule is introduced in the middle of the 3rd trial.
Chapter 1: wait what the fuck who died who murder oops accident AHAHAHAHTURUEURU (brainrot)
Chapter 2: painfully stupid execution
Chapter 3: double murder go brr this a fucking slaughterhouse (Also a painfully stupid execution)
Chapter 4: bye bye gentle giant😘 WAIT WHO THE FUCK KILLED EM NOW??/ THEY KILLED THEM??
Chapter 5: HOW THE FUCK DO YOU SOLVE THIS CASE
Chapter 6: we can finally escape
WHY DOES EVERY IMPORTANT CHARACTER HAVE A FUCKING AHOGE
WHY IS JUNKO THE MOST RANDOM PERSON IN THE 16?? DEAD WOMAN? RANDOM AHH MAN?? INNOCENT WOMAN?? HUH???
why so much foreshadowing in every game
Junko has the fucking totem of undying
Every mastermind is the most unexpected fucking person ever.
And that's danganronpa for ya.
So sille
