You need the Fairmont door trims for the door lock trim mate. Falcon are different size and all plastic. Great to see another Diamond White Falcon, I've had mine since 94.

Have thought about all these decisions putting together an XY. I'm old-school and like smaller rims and normal/slightly lowered stance but more so a comfortable ride. I've realised time and again stock is better than aftermarket. Once you change you're left with aftermarket junk that's hard to reverse. Stock is desirable on these cars.
I've never been that interested in keeping the car in factory spec. Every Falcon I ever owned I modified and I like them that way. If it was a genuine GT I would keep it to factory specs but it's a Falcon 500 so I don't see any reason to build another GT replica cause there's plenty of those out there already.
Hi Rob, have you fitted the diff? just wondering if the shorter diff worked with those wheels also what is the wheel size and offset. I have a set of 15x10 4.5 inch back space and believe i will need a diff about the same length as yours. cheers mate. oh and whats your thoughts on the rod shop diff?
Hey mate, no still haven't fitted it yet. I'm going to paint underneath now before fitting the diff and still need to do some rust repairs before that happens. I can't really say much about the diff as I haven't used it yet but the build quality is very good and I expect it should be fine when it's fitted. Sorry I can't be of more help on if fitment with the diff and wheels at the moment.
