Something else I'd like to mention about the Tarn moc: recognizability. I'm not too familiar with Transformers, essentially if they didn't show up in Transformers Angry Birds back in 2012 or whatever I wouldn't know em. But the fact that when you showed that build in the intro and my first thought was "yep, that's a decepticon." really goes to show how well they emulated the design and portrayed all the key aspects. It really does look like a sort of blend between a classic design and a Michael Bay one.

The Tarn moc is soooo good! Tarn as a character is really cool too. His lore is great and pretty dark for transformers

Onua was always my favorite Toa and the G2 version was such an awesome interpretation that really distilled his various traits into an impressive, beefy design. It's easily one of my favorite Bionicle sets of all time.
I can't find the original neved mocs post, but I think the first person to use that technique with these parts was Dr. Scorpion x on his onua moc. Of course, it can be a case of parallel thinking, but I thought it was worth mentioning.
It was a real treat to see Tarn appear in this video! He's finally getting a lot of recognition from Hasbro recently, and he was a pretty gnarly and evil character in the IDW comics he appeared in. He was the leader of the DJD, a decepticon's version of the "Committee of Public Safety" that tortures and punishes decepticons who either turn coat or neglect their identity as a decepticon.
Of course Megatron knows how far it can be taken, and he gets what's coming to him!
I love the G2 Toa, the shaping they did is so incredible, and they feel different from each other.
I especially like Tahu, Kopaka and Onua. Very strong body language.
I wish they leaned more into the bionicle theme with the technical details though. Imagine armor shells like the Toa Metru leg armor.
And the colors of the Metru... oh my god. I recently bought an Onewa for a moc and this shade of brown is so much richer and intense than the new G2 brown.
And then came the uniters who looked all the same with the same weapons xd
Don't know which designer died on that hill to not give Onua a blade, but here is a moment of silence.

Yeah, I had him as a set. I actually built him because he was so cool and then the idiot. I was brought him somewhere and lost a bunch of the pieces. I hate myself that he was such a cool Bionicle.
