This is my favorite piece of music exclusively because of The Thief of Bagdad, 1924 silent film. If you haven't watched it, you should, especially with the instrumentation with Scheherazade. It's a masterpiece.
Whenever I think you’ve pushed these instruments to their limits, you stretch the performance envelope even more. You’re the Chuck Yeagers of the melodica.
As always, phenomenal musicianship, technical prowess and hours of work, brilliantly and hilariously camouflaged. Thank you. You always brighten my day.
This is ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! Scheherazade is my favourite classical symphony, I prefer the Eugene Ormandy arrangement usually, but this was just so good, these guys are having fun, but they are true artists as well.
One of the most beautiful things I've ever heard was an oboist performing Scheherazade at a Solo & Ensemble festival. This is almost, but not quite entirely unlike that experience. Good job, guys.
Надеюсь, Римский-Корсаков бы одобрил )) Guys, you are just awesome! I do believe Rimsky-Corsakov would have appreciated this improvisation. Anyway, any way of true music popularisation is fine.
Ok, my favourite Rimski-Kórsakov creation from my childhood, now perfectly executed by this incredibly talented and sexy artists. No note out of place. ¡BRAVO, MAESTROS!
Enjoyed a performance of this cosmic masterpiece at the Meyerhoff Hall by the BSO some years ago. One of the most memorable of all the concerts I’ve enjoyed at this great venue. Hope to hear it again sooner than later. PWG
Wonderful. You make music like this fun and accessable, and it then lulls you into the complexity and emotion. You should have a spot on the BBC proms to really show how to popularize the classics. Bravo
Despite the fact that y'all skipped the climax of the third movement which is without a doubt my favorite part of the piece, ya did a fantastic job and I love it.
Love your content! Oh, yeah, do you know why there are a lot of Japanese comments? Well, in Japan, I need addition of the recorder, kids get taught the melodically in elementary.
Ah! The Chines are invading us!
Disney fixed the live-action Aladdin remake

This isn't Disney.
Now I get your comment haha
The good Disney is dead. Now is SJW Disney.

This is the ONLY live action Aladdin we talk about in this house
Yes
This Isn't Disney haha
For reallll
I just want to say BRAVO, because I’ m a professionnal classical trumpeter so I know how it’s hard to play this piece and all these caracteristics.
nicolas CHRISTOPHE Tristan is also a trumpeter!
Yeah, he absolutely nailed the trumpet excerpt in there
It's the best resume video of Scheherazade that I had seen in my life.
Almost 40 minutes in 3 minutes.
YOU ARE AWESOME
Oh mighty genie of the lamp, I wish that the Melodica Men play a sad tune on the world's tiniest melodica!
As always, phenomenal musicianship, technical prowess and hours of work, brilliantly and hilariously camouflaged. Thank you. You always brighten my day.
I’m always pleasantly surprised by these videos
Rimsky Korsakoff!!!! I love this piece, and your arrangement is very good!
Amazing performance!
And the Aladdin and Jafar costumes really look good on you guys.
Rimsky-Korsakov!!!!!❤️
This is ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! Scheherazade is my favourite classical symphony, I prefer the Eugene Ormandy arrangement usually, but this was just so good, these guys are having fun, but they are true artists as well.

Scheherazade is my favorite piece of music and this cover is absolutely fantastic
As someone who as played this piece before, this is really well done!! Never stop making these videos!

You are amazing! I'm watching your videos and they are hypnotic. As composer, I love your arrangements. Thank you, guys!
Stunning perfomance. You guys really know what you're doing. Great!
This is why Beethoven spoke of joy as spark of the god, this excitement and ecstasy of live is what lifts man above all else
Dang! Great music AND a gun show!
World Tour

I just had trombone audition music for this piece last week, and how fitting that you guys do a cover of it now. What a treat!
Gee! You guys are so amazing!!!
Love this, please do Prokofiev.
Finally, a decent live-action remake of Aladdin!
I didn't need a second to fall in love with you and your music.🤗🎸💕

You guys are the best nostalgic duet on the plant earth. No on the solar system! with or without the magic lamp.
I have always loved Scheherazade. You did a fantastic job! Fantastic!!!
Ok, my favourite Rimski-Kórsakov creation from my childhood, now perfectly executed by this incredibly talented and sexy artists. No note out of place. ¡BRAVO, MAESTROS!
you're legally obligated to play the streets of cairo now I don't make the rules
Excited to perform with you guys this December with the Philly Pops. It's gonna be so much fun!! Can't wait.
You guys give me more joy than I can express.
Fantastic guys! You do great acts with your music!
The best orchestral piece ever made
Whenever you guys upload a new video, it really brightens up my day, thank you so much for being such a fun channel 💕
Enjoyed a performance of this cosmic masterpiece at the Meyerhoff Hall by the BSO some years ago. One of the most memorable of all the concerts I’ve enjoyed at this great venue. Hope to hear it again sooner than later. PWG
sensational
Not even Disney could top that! This is awesome!! 😂😂😂😂
Such talented musicians!!!!!! I am actually quite amazed :D Thanks for your video I love it 💕💕💕👍
Why does classical music sound so good when played on a melodica; it shouldn't be possible
Wonderful. You make music like this fun and accessable, and it then lulls you into the complexity and emotion. You should have a spot on the BBC proms to really show how to popularize the classics. Bravo
Your articulation game has come a long way. Double tonguing? Triple tonguing!? These are for chumps. Real melodica players septuple tongue.
It helps that the guy on the left is principal trumpet for the Jacksonville Symphony. I suppose he knows all the tonguing stunts.
Oh. Heck. Trumpet players got it all. I that point I would just flutter. I can barely double toungue lol
They should be very popular with the ladies...
Op. 35 Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, good to be said although the majority knew it.
Hello!!
I'm a Japanese!!
you're music is always makes me excited!!
I"m look forward to next video!!
Hi I'm korean we can it☞ 🇰🇷♥🇯🇵
tonguing that fast should have a speed limit
they on the Autobahn 🤣
Scheherazade, one of my favs. Great guys.
I am happy to play my favorite song. The performance is amazing!
I played this my first year in my college symphony, brings back really good memories! You guys are great :-)
Despite the fact that y'all skipped the climax of the third movement which is without a doubt my favorite part of the piece, ya did a fantastic job and I love it.
Couldn't love this more 👌❤️ - Scherezade was the first real 'driving music' I had, on tape in 1987.. Bravo
One of my very favorite pieces of all time 😍
WELL DONE
I am so confused yet impressed at the same time
Love your content!
Oh, yeah, do you know why there are a lot of Japanese comments? Well, in Japan, I need addition of the recorder, kids get taught the melodically in elementary.
Hinata Masaki I think it’s because their Mario video from about a year ago went viral in Japan so now they have Japanese followers.
Stephen Beck
Because, they were taught the melodica.
Thank you for explaining this!
Support music education wherever you may live!
My favorite one so far! Bravo guys👏
I SAW THE TITLE AND SCREAMED
