I want to tell you something that after some time you will realise that No any job can give you that much happiness rather than Home state posting job ... My friend chooses RRB PO over SBI PO and he is super happy till date and those who opted SBI PO is regretting now
On that day I also told that I am from Jabalpur... and it is a safe city, when you visit here you will feel how good Jabalpur is and other things, all the festivals are celebrated here, even few of my college friends are there. He also came to Jabalpur since spring and felt so good that he started crying.😅
It is your choice but i want to say something i am from LUCKNOW this year cleared both rrb po and sbi po but i choose rrb po just 48 km from home i will always be in home State. In sbi i will get slightly more salary but in return much pressure late sitting for away from home . At one point of time you will realise this . This is what I prefer. You don't need to follow same path.

@@Prachi..75 see definitely sbipo mein salary fame sab hai ...but work pressure excessive hai ...aap itna sukun bhari life chor ke sbipo jaaoge ya nahi yeh apka upar depend kar raha hai. But my suggestion is to go for other exams like CGL,civil services, rbi,sebi, nabard etc.
Mam banking sector mai survive karne k liye English communication skills ki jarurat padti hai kya? Mai English samajh jati hu puri tarah se but bol nahi paati hu. Please reply

And it's banks HR policy according to which you will be posted. And it depends on Vacancy in the state . And 200 me se sirf 1 PO ko home state mili hai .Baki sab out of state . Not only in Bank Of India but also in other banks like Canara,BOB everyone got posting in out of state
Don't worry,u r best,koie problem honga nahi apki. Mari ak sawal he mon me ,jis branch me join korogi usi branch me konsa document provide korna paregi apko -birth certificate,HS result, Graduation result, computer course certificate... asa koei
