    Edit: Instead of a code, consider a mini go problem! Probably only enough real estate to solve for a seki though.
    Incrementally increasing the volume of stage one (or add a music stage first) over a few minutes might reduce grogginess after one gets up.
    Get it setup to gradually brighten a small dimmable light source and it should be a very pleasant wake up!

      I love the volume ramping idea, it is quite abrupt, and that might help make it a bit less jarring haha, cool suggestions!

    Looking forward to you integrating a sleeping headband speaker or something for any eventual bedmates who I can only imagine will fucking hate that thing :D

      Omg so true my room is not for the faint of heart lmaooo. Gonna have to wait till at least a few months in to introduce them to this monstrosity 🤣

    This sounds awesome. I've tried a few similar gimmicks. My only problem with this design is it would only work against my sleepy brain if it's powered with battery backup, with integrated speakers and no cords to yank out and a titanium chassis...
    I always seem to find a way to cheat these kinds of alarms.

      hahah that is true, I've found personally that I can follow the rules of the 'game' pretty well even when I'm tired, so I don't unplug things - but yeah battery backup is a must for some XD

    Maybe an equation or something could make you more alert because then you'd have to use your brain rather than just copying a code.

      I ended up staying awake - it seems to be doing well so far! But I think you're right, for particularly difficult mornings an equation might get my brain going a bit better XD
