I don't know why people are moaning about her giving instructions. She is dealing with someone who is not a model. The photographer knows what she wants from the subject in front of the camera, and she is giving precise instruction to achieve it. With a professional model, the phootgrapher would allow the model to pose and go through the motions, only occasionally directing the model. Yes, perhaps the videography could be more sympathatic, but that is about it.
Too much instruction, not showing the subject how she posed. Looks like photoshoot of the photographer and Model being secondary.
That is exactly what I wanted to comment. No matter where you click in the timeline of this video you are guaranteed to hear instructions.

Camera should be tethered to show images after each shot. Can’t see the the pose. Just hear the instructions, which are, honestly, too much. Keep it simple, tell her what to do and then tell us why you did it. It’s hard being an educator 🤷🏽♂️ just saying
