I would add : Dark night of the soul and constant inner knowing that you are on the journey even if circumstances seems totally impossible ,and in the same time you are constantly doubting the journey,it s like paradox ,and the more you doubt divine sends you more and more signs and synchronicities
Absolutely. One of the few times I've seen someone accurately describe the twin flame experience rather than generic things that people say because they've jumped on the twin flame bandwagon.

Thank you for this clarifying message. I realize that I am not on the Twin Soul journey, because my once calm and deep spiritual path has disintegrated. Rather than expanding and blossoming. I had a definite kundalini increase, but not the other two signs, rather regression in those qualities.
Could having a baby (older) coincide with a kundalini awakening? It seems to have for me. It brought up everything (maybe bc I had a daughter and want to do better for her, at 40 years old, when I was told I'd never have children) for me. I turned into a monster from my core wounds. I don't recognize that person at all anymore. Now, I'm in a peaceful, letting go stage.

I feel like this for many yrs. I feel that the twin flame is an energy that passes from person to person. Not just one person. I've had these issues w th many that I thought were potential partners. In and out of surrender. The good feelings never stay. I keep dropping back. Is this normal on the journey. Assuming I am on the journey. I'm still not sure Any advice???

Except the bubble phase, this journey is near death experience atleast until you reach the stage where you don't crave for union.

Core wounds can feel like you are loosing all your spiritual gifts and you feel like everything is breaking apart … which it is so you can rebirth
