正月のアマゾンセールでbalanceを買おうと思ってたのですが、比較するとどっちが良さそうでしょうか？

GTR4の後継がバランスとすれば、此れは角型アクティブの後継に為るのでしょうがGTRミニの後継とも言えるかもしれませんね。
中華スマートウオッチがバカでかいのが主流の中で小ぶりなのは高評価ではないでしょうか。元来腕時計のサイズはダイバーウォッチ等の
アウトドア系でなければ径40ミリ前後であり、その位がウェラブルとしてバランスの良いサイズであり、割と高級なガーミンやピクセル、ギャラクシー等の標準では同等サイズがあるが、中華系のはスマホと同様より大型になる傾向でウェラブルとしての使い勝手がスポイルされてしまっている様に思います。アウトドア用では無いのにリュウズが飛び出しているのも使い勝手を悪くしたデザインと言えるでしょう、その意味でも此れはバランスの取れたデザインなのでは無いでしょうか。
