- Brooks Adrenaline 19 GTS Stability shoe review. They say these shoes are for lower flat arches that tend to have pronation / overpronate. These shoes didn't hurt me, they felt like a clunkier brooks ghost. passable, but I was not excited. If you like the adrenaline you will like this.

This was my first " real " running shoe... now that I have found other running shoes I would never go back to this heavy, awkward beast but it did give me my start in running and served me well so for that I am thankful.
what do you recommend now?
I used to run in these all the time until I got a knee injury. Never looked back. Sketchers for the win! Love your reviews, they are so entertaining

This shoes is very comfortable, but they are heavy. Also its so easy to heel strike on these. Which i think is the reason why my knees are starting to hurt.
Hi, Jamison. Do you normally get low arched people to try on stability shoes for your reviews? I know someone who has low arches. Is it better that they put their orthopedics in a neutral shoe like the Zoom Pegasus or the Brooks Ghost or should they buy a stability running shoe instead?

I’m going to put my orthotics in since I have flat feet 🦶 but my left foot still pronates a bit due to shoe type , does this provide a bit of stability to cover that

Great review! I did my first run in them yesterday. It's definitely a Ghost with guiderails haha.
I will be interesting to see how every other brand adjust...or if they do. Some people are going to be turned off by this and switch brands. We shall see! hopefully tomorrow
@@JamisonMichael I definitely think brands are going to make some changes, but I agree, it was risky for Brooks to change one of their best selling shoes. I personally like the change though!

Michael Minjares i think it does the job. Works as advertised. Maybe if it had 3 stripes or a swoosh...that would be it AMAZING 😩

people still buying adrenalines in 2018? 😂 at least they're moving away from a medial post construction, but it's still a clunky and heavy shoe. I'm hoping the Ravenna 10 will have less invasive guiderails, lower drop and better cushioning; the 9 was unresponsively firm and the drop felt way too high.
