I think I need even more wrist and acceleration. It means practicing, practicing, practicing! Thank you very much!

Hi, nice introduction. I noticed on Guy that he is going very low into the ball, ellbow relatively low. Actually I thought, inspired by other videos, that the elbow has to be a bit higher, to allow you to rotate around it. Do you mind giving your thoughts on this?
viren kanani yes you’re correct, we apologise we had lots of technical issue. Sometimes you must dig in the mud to find a Diamond. We finally have all audio stable and there shouldn’t be future audio issues

Mi Hai this is correct for a banana flick for a normal flick the elbow positioned lower is more efficient
