Piece of advice....Always use rubber gloves especially when using or dealing with brake fluid or any commercial oils or polishes or liquids..Never use water for such cleanings, use petrol or brake cleaner as they evaporate completely..And when replacing brake kit parts always lubricate with the correct DOT fluid then reassemble..For pinpoint hole parts always try and use a pick not pliers of any kind..For any internal circlip you should have a proper press to close circlip plier of the correct size..

dont be idiot to lubricate that rubber seals using brake fluid.. im wonder who the idiot that teach you about this ?.. a lot of pottential your brake will stuck... in manual also told to lubricate with rubber grease products.. u never heard about this grease ?.. dont be mechanics if this things also u dont know.. that rubber grease is make for use on brake installing process.. even in factory also that is what they been using on the brake installation

sepatutnya ada mungkin pin tu dah pecah pasal dah karat. cam motor saya yang satu lagi pernah jadi camtu. getah cover dah tak bagus sampai pin besi karat lama2 pecah. Time nak tukar tinggal cabut keluar ja.Itu motor saya lah tak pasti jugak fz macam mana.

I am having Yamaha FZ V3, from last 3-4 months Brakes and ABS is not working. I have shown it to Yamah service centre, without checking, they said, it has problem in ABS Box. I asked them to check the cylinder piston in breaks and they had changed it, but problem is not solved. They said, we need to change the ABS Box, which is of 15,000 Rs. But Meter pe ABS ka koi issue nahi dikha raha..
Local garage me bhi dikhaya but problem solve nahi hua.. oil reservoir me kabi kabi bubble ata hai kabhi nahi ata. Yane oil pass kabhi hota hai, kabhi nahi hota..
Brake lagata hi nahi..kuch upay batayiye...

U know why the second rubbber seal didnt go through? U luck lubrication in the first place. Before puting it back u have to lubricate with brake fluid. Try watch other videos.

where do you study about lubricating the brake rubber parts using brake fluid ?.. haha LOL.. dont teach others nonsense about braking system, this involving people lives.. no matter what manual book about rebuilding brake system, there no such thing idiots been told to lubricate the rubber parts using brake fluid, brake fluid is corrosive... all manual book must have writen inside to always use 'only rubber grease to lubricated all the rubber on brake kits... RUBBER GREASE only !! dont dare try using normal grease...

But there's a point where you stated that brake fluid is corrosive what did you mean? I thought non-corrosive is one of its property or merits why we use it.
for example, if your engine oil spill over and touched your car body paint..and you done nothing to remove the oil ... nothing will happen to your car body paint...I presume ... but if ... brake fluid .... you must do something to remove the spill brake fluid ... if not ... your car paint will be damaged...or discoloration will happen and if the brake fluid touched bare metal...you will see the metal get corroded the next day
