Wow, that's great. I am happy to hear that. For your request, I still need time to explore deeper about electrode design in NX. Need more guide from my friend in NX CAM Division.
Your tutorials have been tremendously helpful for a new mold wizard user. In this video you have the water channels in the work piece cavity and core. These water lines do not come out of the mold base anywhere. Would I just add a sketch to the mold base and create a water channel that lines up with the channel in the work piece?
Hi Sir, for water channel I suggest using extend channel feature if you want to add inlet or outlet. But if you want to add skech, then please go back to Pattern Channel first and edit the exisiting sketch. Then from here add sketch for inlet or outlet. Because NX will create solid geometry by using that skech in Pattern Channel feature. Or for fresh start, just delete old one and create new skech and use it for Pattern Channel input. Sometimes not all step in mold wizard we can go back and edit it. Simply because NX use geometry linker between steps and sometimes the link broken.
Others charges hundreds of dollars to teach these things and you Sir,are teaching this for free.
You have my respect.
