madewell has great basics! i love abercrombie curve love jeans. almost all of my fall/winter sweaters are from and other stories. old navy has some great affordable gems. doen is so pricey but i LOVE the fit of their dresses

Hey! I'm so sorry to hear you are having intense vertigo lately. My husband went through the same thing in the Spring, it was non-stop vertigo. After they tested his blood pressure and asked about other things they ruled out that his balance crystals were probably just out of place. I don't remember the exact terms but it's these crystals in your ear that detect your motions and stuff. Anyway they taught us how to do "balance therapy" at home and the vertigo went away within a week. The moves are called Epley Maneuver.. It's totally safe to do at home and your husband can just be there to help you through it because you'll feel the vertigo as your doing it because the crystals are moving back into place... I hope this helps!

Just subbed! I’d love to know any networking tips/ dos and don’ts in TV and entertainment. I’ve only done a handful of informational interviews but I’d love to know how I can further improve the connections 🫶
talking and being kind to everyone you encounter is a big one! i ended up at an engineering career fair through my job in college (i didn't want to work in engineering lol but i went anyways). I started talking to a guy at one of the booths and it turned out he knew someone who worked at hgtv and they ended up helping me get my resume through for the food network job. you never know where something can lead!
