Well,Vice and Hwa are waaaaaaay up there on the tierlist,drunk Hwa is probably better than karate,and an anchor Vice with 5 bars full drive can TOD you off an air trade

Quando chegar o rollback definitivo do KOF 13, é bom o pessoal ficar ciente de uma coisa. Esse trio do M' vai ser usado pela maioria dos players do competitivo, podem se preparar pra altas mirror matches de Iori flames e Mr Karatê nos campeonatos e FTs money match.
Os 3 são top tiers mesmo.
Mas o Chin nessa kof consegue ser mais forte que os três ainda kkkkkk

I don't deny that there are people who use Chin in an amazing way, but, when it comes to competitive, what was more abundant in tournaments, in the last years of KOF XIII, was EX Iori, Mr. Karate, Kim, as well as Hwa, Kyo, Yuri, Benimaru.... because they have many tools to beat the rest of the roster, and with less effort and resources. Chin was no longer as viable as in the early years of the game, before they added the DLC characters, and it was very rare to see him in tournaments.

Estaba emocionado por este relanzamiento, pero luego me acordé de Ex Iori y Kim 😒
Ex Iori, Mr.Karate, Kim, Shen Woo, y Ex Kyo. Si se quejaban del XV con Krohnen y B.Jennet, pues en el XIII es peor, los DLC los lanzaron bien rotos y no lanzaron ni un parche de balance. Jajajajaja.
Not that bad really. Don't forget King, Yuri, Chin, Saiki, Hwa and Takuma exist in this game. My team is Ryo, King, Kim and occasionally Raiden and I don't find it extremely hard to beat the top tiers.
Recuerdo aquel 2010 en el que K’, Kula, Kyo y Raiden dominaban las partidas, eso duro muy poco comparado a los 6 año de los actuales top tier xD
難怪kof的市場一直這麼小眾，每一代總是有幾隻角色強到逆天，角色看似很多，但能出場的永遠都只有當代的強勢角，簡直只需要設計10隻角色就足夠了，其他角色幾乎只是設計出來湊數的🤷
這就是我喜歡看ET的原因，ET總是可以把冷門角玩成S角

Engraçado o quanto esse jogo envelheceu bem, mas não é pra iniciantes, pois no primeiro combo full do hwa jai é onde o filho chora e a mãe nao vê 😂 o legal é que todos os bonecos tem combos roubados, entao nivela bem

If M' really should have gotten a point there as well, then he would have won the set (if you check the final score). And if a double KO occurs, the flashing red screen should not occur I think, it should go into another round. I don't understand.
@@Emillll editor didn't give a point to both players for some reason. simple as that.
@@Shadowlet It's not as simple as that. There's supposed to be an extra round. And if there wasn't for some reason, consider that the final score of the set was 10-9 ET. But if M' had gotten a point on that game, then he would have reached 10 wins earlier and some of those matches would not have been played in the set because of that. This leads me to believe that this was not a real ft10, the editor just slapped together a bunch of matches and called it a ft10.
